After two hours, Gabriel and I are together in the park,we played alot of games in the park Later on, I'm sitting on couch, I check what the time is 10 min told 3pm, Gabriel came to meet me. he give me pizza and drink and he sit beside me. I stand up, Gabriel look at me.

"Today is pearl's debate and I have to be there for her has a best friend. Even though, she is not expecting me"I say
"That is fine, you can go. I will take tax to Enoch's house"Gabriel's say
"alright, talk to you later"I say and I rush out to look for tax
In the school, Pearl is well dressed standing beside the class door, looking around to see if Silvia is coming. Effiong walk up to meet her
"why are you standing,here. Is time already, come on" Effiong's say
Pearl and Effiong are about to enter the class, Rhyme and Jill push Pearl aside to enter first. They came because of Michelle, even though Michelle is not representing the school. Pearl look at Effiong, she is about to say something but Effiong cut her off
"Just ignore those girls"Effiong's say. Smile friendly
pearl nod her head,she enter the class with Effiong. She went to the front in the class,her competitor his already waiting for her. Everyone is set,when the teacher(miss Josephine)do the introduction on the debate's topic to the student, Pearl is about to start when I Walk in quietly and pearl walk up to meet me and hug me then she went back to her position and I sit at the front, Effiong is beside me. After two hours, they are done with everything and pearl win before I went to hug her and congratulate her. Effiong already run towards her first before me but I'm not taking it personal. Later, Pearl and I leave the class to go home when we're going, Rhyme and her friends stop us on the way and they crossed their arm.
" you won, twisted"Rhyme's say. Curtly
"ain't you praying I should win for our school"pearl's say
She put her hand on her hip
"not at all. If is some one else, I will be happy"Rhyme's say
"I think we should leave now, pearl"I say. Pearl look at me

"where doing you think you are going"Michelle's ask
"ain't you gonna say bye"Jill's say.
I shake my head to clear my thought.
"Silvia, I know you are happy now, that you have Gabriel but trust me,is not gonna last"Rhyme's say
Immediately the three of them turn their back and leave
"Come on,let go. don't let her words get to you, she is always like that"pearl's say. Staring at me
When we get to outside school, we're discussing
