Chapter six: math competiton time(for real this time)

"Where is Y/N and Matt? The competition's about to start"Inez whisper yelled. The others shrugged their shoulders looking around."LOOK THERE THEY ARE"digit shouted and pointed to Y/N and Matt as they ran into the competition ring."And here is the second contestant" The guy said with a big smile."LET'S GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD"he said and the bell rang letting them know the match had started.
"Ok now let's start with something simple. After this question is answered the next one after it is gonna be a bit harder than the last one ok? Think of it as a video game." He said and asked hacker the first question from far away. " what is 6x3?" He asked him. "18" he said. His minions buzz and delete cheered for him. Hacker smirked and threw a punch at them. but They dodged out of the way. And they answered questions like they both were being tested on a real test and fought like pro boxers. Their scores went up and up at first it looked like hacker was gonna win but They caught up with him and passed his score.
"Alright it is time for a break" the referee said and everyone walked to the food cart and Matt and the cybersquad took Y/N to the break room. Matt gave them water and fixed them up. They talked about more skills. Digit came over and calmed them down with some yoga practice while as Inez was showing them some different math problems and Jackie fixed up their hair since it was a mess. "Ok are you ready to get back out there?" Matt asked Y/N. "Of course I am" They said with a determined smile. They all walked out to the boxing ring with confidence in our eyes. They sat down with Matt in the ring while they both waited for hacker to come back and they chatted for a while.

"Alright folks it is time for round three of the
Math boxing competition" the guy shouted into his microphone. The crowd cheered and they got started again. "Alright this is third grade math right here. Anybody getting flash backs?" The guy chuckled. Everyone groaned and booed"yeah we all hate it but we have to do it anyway"he said" alright Y/N what is 152+102 without regrouping?" He asked Y/N "uh 254"Y/N said "correct" he said and they punched the blood out of hacker. Everyone gasped and a few seconds later they cheered. Hacker looked very upset. The fight went on and on for a few hours. Everyone was wondering who was gonna win but it was hard to say since Y/N and hacker are both smart.

A few minutes later

Y/N and hacker were huffing and puffing but both refused to slow down and yet Y/N has no scratches on them and hacker has a bunch of bruises on him and a black eye. "Time's almost up, gang" the referee said into the microphone. Everyone was on the edge of their seats with fear in their eyes. Some had betted on Y/N and some on hacker(for a strange reason).
