Part 7

I pulled into Wova's driveway. Butterflies in my stomach were going crazy.

I knocked on the door and he opened it. For like 2 seconds before shutting it in my face.

I knocked again. Nothing.

"I'm just gonna keep knocking til you let me talk to you!" I yelled as I continued to knock faster and faster.

"What?!" He opened the door angrily.

I pushed my way in the door and sat down on the couch.

He looked at me with a mix of confusion and sadness on his face.

"What I knocked?" I said sarcastically, attempting to lighten the mood.

"Why are you here Jessica?" He asked irritated.

"I need to explain." I replied.

"Explain what? He told me you told him to come over and that you guys were together. It's pretty self explanatory Jess."

"Remember when I told you I texted you before work about your shirt?" Wova listened intently. "You said you didn't get the message, you didn't because I accidentally sent it to Wyatt. Wova is right above Wyatt in my contacts." I explained.

"Okay I can see that. But what about you two being together?" He asked still confused as ever.

"He's an Ex from Highschool. He's crazy, he literally needs help." I shook my head. "He said Come get your shirt was me flirting with him." I laughed.

Wova laughed.

"So your 100% not together?" He asked.

"Yes! I promise." I have him a hug.

He kissed the top of my head and hugged me tight.

"Do you wanna stay for a while?" He asked me.

"I would love to Wova but I got work tomorrow." I said with a frown.

"That's okay we'll hang out soon." He said with a smile.

He gave me a kiss on the cheek and I waved goodbye as I walked out the door.

I got in my car and pulled out. I beeped my horn twice, saying bye one last time.

As soon as I got home a plopped down on my bed, so ready to got to sleep. Considering all the drama that went down tonight.

*Ding* I picked up my phone and read a message.

Wova: Sleep good☺️

Me: Thank you, I'll try 😊😅
