The morning after their first date, Seven was thinking about if Peter was gonna ask her to be his girlfriend. In middle school, she thought that it was so cringey when boys would ask girls out of nowhere if they wanted to be their girlfriend. They didn't even know each other until the boy asked that one girl to be their girlfriend. Even crazier part was that some of the girls said yes out of their desperate need to have a boyfriend but they would literally break up within a week because of how awkward the "relationship" was.

At least she and Peter went out on a proper date with dinner and everything. She wanted to see Peter again but didn't wanna come off as clingy. She opened the window and grabbed her ukulele and started playing Eres Tú again. Just to see if he would come up again. She really did like Peter. She liked him a lot.

Seven kept playing the ukulele for an hour when she heard a loud thud coming from Peter's room. She ignored it for a minute thinking it was her aunt May moving some furniture or something. Eventually, Seven decided to go visit him just to check in. She knocked on his window, Peter saw her and immediately smiled. He opened the window. "Hey, um I heard a loud thump coming from here and I was just coming down to see if you are okay," Seven told him.

"Yeah, I'm okay," Peter assured her.

Seven looked closely at him and noticed a bruise on his head. "Bruise," she said.

"What?," Peter asked.

"You have a bruise on your head," Seven said while lightly touching where the bruise was.

"Oh, it's fine," Peter said. "I've...been doing jumping jacks."

"Jumping jacks?"

"I used to do gymnastics when I was a kid," he explained. "Hey, um, was it okay that I kissed you like that last night? I feel like I made you uncomfortable and that's maybe why you haven't talked to me tod-"

Seven cut him off. "No, no, no," she assured him. "I swear to God, that was the most perfect night of my life. I really liked kissing you, you're an amazing kisser."

Peter admired Seven and got closer to her face to try and kiss her. Peter put his hand gently on Seven's neck and kissed her softly. Peter pulled her inside to properly kiss her instead from the outside. Seven and Peter laid on his bed and were kissing. They weren't doing anything else. Just innocently kissing.

A few days later, it was October. Seven and her mom haven't slept since the month started. Their neighbors kept throwing all these parties almost every day. Sadie hated it. Seven couldn't do her homework with all the Kesha in the background. Usually, she'd go to the roof but now there were even parties at the top. Once Peter was coming back from his internship late at night and as he was climbing the fire escape, someone puked all over him. Twice. Peter started taking the elevator.

Seven woke up extra early to get ready for school. She went out to the hallway and found red party cups on the floor, two people sleeping, a large green bong, wide open doors and even a red stain that could've been blood. Seven got into the elevator and saw Peter waiting for her. "Hey," he greeted.

"Hi, Parker," the girl greeted back. "I have the answers to that one test you asked me about."

"Oh, great," Peter said. "Thank you."

The elevator doors closed and all of a sudden, it started going up. "Someone from upstairs probably wants to get in," Seven said.

Then the elevator starts falling. Seven starts yelling, "LIE ON YOUR BACK!! LIE ON YOUR BACK!! IT'S THE BEST WAY TO SURVIVE THIS!!"

Both of the teenagers lie on their back waiting for the big hit until the fall stops abruptly. And the lights go out. "FUCK!!," Seven yells.

Peter slowly gets up and clicks all the buttons on the elevator hoping one of them works. None of them respond. Not even the open door button. Seven was still laying down on the floor on her back. She grabs her backpack with her feet for safety. Peter lays down on the floor again, next to the green-eyed girl. Peter sees that Seven's on her phone. "God, fucking damn it," she says. "My phone's about to go dead. I forgot I let my mom use my charger last night."
