Alright, I've had enough. Time to go to war.

"Get up." I say aggressively.

"W-what? What do you mean?" The smart man says.

"I am tired of hearing your cries echo into the halls of this palace. I am going to war and there is nothing you could do to stop me. Although, you could help me."

The smart man thinks to himself for a moment.

"No. Even if what he does to me is awful, I will not start a war."

"You idiot, I'm not asking you to start to war, I'm asking you to help me with the war. Just tell me what the hero is truly like. How he acts when there are no witnesses. How he acts when he is alone, or at least he thinks he is. How he acts towards people beneath him." I say smiling wide.

"So," I ask, "What will it be? Join me in this fight or stay in a deadly silent rage forever?" I extend my hand for him to grab.

He still thinks to himself for a moment.

Make the right decision now. You are smart aren't you?

"I will help you. I have one condition though." He broke the silence.

"What is this condition?"

"Before you start this war, I want to get my daughter out of there. I can't stand the idea of my daughter looking up to an arrogant man that would easily sacrifice her just to save his own behind." He announced out loud.

"Well well well, you actually have fight in you after all. Let's shake on it. Seal the deal. Make this moment written in the books." I brag to him.

He hesitates for a moment.

The deal is too good to pass up

He shakes my hand aggressively.

"Ha, now is the time to truly be alive. I can't wait to watch the empire fall. How lively it will be." I say manically laughing as I walk away from the prison space in my divine palace.

Truly the deal is sealed. Now is the time to use this moment to my advantage. Take down the man  who claims he is god. Wait until people find out how much more of a devil he is.
