An Accidental Kiss

Ishqi and dadi leave ahaan's room and they walk towards kartik's room..
Tanya's POV..
As soon as di left I swiftly walked to kartik's room.. I knocked the door and he asked me to come in... He actually didn't know that i was there.. I managed to open the door with files in my one hand... He was sitting on his bed caught up with office work.. He didn't even look at me once.... He seemed sheerly concentrated in his work... I kept admiring him  ...... He did look cute... I mentally admitted it...
Then he looked up at me... His eyes man there was peace in them... I felt lost..
K- sorry tanya.. I kept you waiting.. Vo main kuch important check kar raha tha... Aao naa.. Come sit..
I nodded my head a kept looking at him..
I sat on the bed opposite to him..
I nervously say: vo I came for the files... I need your signature in them...
K- ohh.... While signing she looks up at me... Aree tum mujhse daroo mat... Main koi bhoot voot nahi hoon... Tumhe khaa nahi jaunga... Aur vaise bhi i am not one of those khadoos boss like my bhai..
We both laughed...
K- vaise if you like we can become friends..
I mentally thanked the stars.. I thought like?? I would love to be your friend.. But I broke my thoughts and shaked hands with his forwarded hand..
Then we had normal conversation..
And just then kartik's door flung open..
End of POV..
Ishqi and dai stood there talking..
T-dadi aap yahan kya kar rahi hai...
K- tanya tum dadi ko jaanti hoo??
T- haa par Kartik tum dadi ko kaise jaante ho?
K- phele maine poocha hai ... isliye phele tum batao..
T- phele tum.
K- phele tum..
D- bass karoo...tanye puttar Kartik mera pota hai...main uski dadi hoon ......aur Kartik tanya aur ishqi vo dono ladkiya hai jisse hum log mandir mein mile the...
Tanya and Kartik look at each other...
D- puttar niche aajjja dinner saath mein karte hai...
T- haa bus aayi dadi..
D- ooye khotte tu bhi aa jana ...
Tanya lets out a small chuckle 😜...
K( somewhat embarrassed)-aa jaounga ..
Dadi & ishqi leaves the room geeting back to there conversation..
K- vaise ek baat bolu?
T- hmm
K- I am way too impressed..must say you are very kind hearted..
T(blushes hard)- thanks!!! Ab chale???
K( smiles looking her blush)- hmm..
Both of leave for the dinner, unknown to the fact they had already fallen for each other that toooo very hard...
All sat on the dinner table..ahaan was opposite to ishqi and Kartik was opposite to tanya( like always)..
They talked, laughed and enjoyed the dinner During the dinner ahaan legs slightly brushed ishqi's legs which made ishqi cough while ahaan laughed beneath his breath seeing ishqi's reaction...After the dinner and dessert ishqi and tanya bid a goodbye to Malhotra family...Ishqi practically ignored ahaan frustrated by the thing which happened on the dinning table....Sonu, Ishqi & Tanya became really good friends just in a little time....
Before leaving kartik asks tanya to come to his room and collect the files...
At Kartik's room:
Tanya collects all the files ....
T- okk kartik tanks for the dinner... Main chalti hoon..
Just when she is about to leave she trips... Kartik comes to her rescue but they both trip ... Kartik falls on top of tanya and there lips slightly brush..Both of their eyes widen...But before Kartik reacts or gets up Tanya actually kisses him,  He wastes no time in kissing her back..They kiss each other softly for about 1 minute and then Tanya comes back into her senses..she pushes Kartik and leaves the room... Kartik follows her but before he can say anything both Ishqi and tanya leaves the house...
