Tubbo's pov:

It was the middle of October when I saw him.

With Halloween quickly approaching, I was out front of my house, putting up spider decorations. As I was detailing the spider webs, I saw the moving truck pull up. One of the doors opened. A stranger exited the vehicle before closing the door behind him; my best guess was an Enderman crossbreed of some sort. He walked over to the opposite side and opened the door, helping what I thought was a 3 or 4 year old Piglan carefully slide out of their seat. The kid ran inside as his father (my best guess) carried some bags inside.

A couple minutes later, the father left the house, with the kid trailing behind. I walked to the front of my driveway to admire my ✨fine decorating skills✨. It was a quaint home, but perfect for me. I had fake webs wrapped around my trees and bushes, along with a string of lighted spiders, which dangled from the roof. After a bit I decided to meet my mysterious new neighbors, hoping they were just as curious as I was.

I approached the moving truck to see my neighbor trying to move a couch out... without a dolly. "Hello, um... would you like some help with the couch? My name is Tubbo by the way." The enderman seemed startled at first but then nodded. I moved over to one side of the couch and lifted.

Once we landed on the street, we set the couch down. "My name is Ranboo, that's my son Michael." He spoke, " It's a pleasure to meet you. You said your name is Tubbo correct?" I simply nodded."I'm your new neighbor and I really like getting to know people, so I decided to head over here to see if you needed any help." I said with a small smile. Ranboo nodded and returned the smile.

The rest of the evening was spent helping Ranboo unload the truck. I helping him and Michael get settled in, while getting to know them.

"Hey! Tomorrow would you and Michael like to come over for dinner? I was planning on making steak" I offered. (They just have animal features, they aren't actually part animal) "I would love to come over for dinner, what time?" Ranboo asked. I looked at my watch, then to the sky, finally back to Ranboo. "Would 7 be okay?" Ranboo nodded.
