We walked into the lobby of the reception and along the way from the car to the front doors to the building Kenny let go of my shoulders and went off somewhere. we split up to go find our seating cards on the table. it was taking me and hoda a while but we saw our cousin and just decide to go sit with them.

"Hamdi can you do me a BIG favour," my cousin Fatima asked

"nooo I'm not getting up I just sat down"

"Anab and Layla got stuck at another table with those guys you guys got a ride from and they don't wanna stay."

just as she said that I see my two cousins come over, I figure why not it's not that big of a deal I just don't feel like getting up.

me and hoda head over towards the table I come from. I wonder with of the guys are gonna be sitting at that table? I know for sure not all of them can fit on there. I hope I get to sit at the same table as sharky.

we get to the table and about half of the seats are empty, however, Niko and Kenny were still at the table.

"ayee did you switch your cousins?" Kenny asked

"Yeah we did, our cousins wanted to leave, no offence" Hoda answered

"Nah nun was taken, sure THEY wanted to switch," Niko said

" bro I swear they wanted to "I replied.

" shut up you just missed us, it's okay I know I'm hard to resist " sharky interrupted. He seemed to be sitting at the table beside us because he got up from a chair there to come to hug me and hoda.

His hug was fucking captivating, he hugs like a big papa bear. Sharky's taller than me so when we hugged my face landed right under his neck and like a high chest area. I got a nice whiff of his cologne, ugh he smelled like Dior Sauvage, a Lil basic but we will look past that yellow flag. One thing for sure was that his hug was longer compared to when he hugged hoda. It was a nice lingering one. Like at initial contact his hands were upper part of my back and as we hugged he rocked back and forth. Then as we separated he keep them on me but slowly lowered them to the middle of my back and he dragged them forward to let go. He hugged me as if I was some relative he hadn't seen in ages, bro it's been 10 minutes NOT 10 years relax.

"the DJ just arrived and he needs help unloading his truck, come help he's just outside" he informed. Everyone gets up and heads back out to the lobby.

"I don't know why I came, it's not like I have hard upper body strength," I say to myself as I pick up the smallest box possible.

" I hear you fam, I'm just here for moral support, not catching me sweating in my suit," Aj says to me.

" you know what your right, I'm not getting paid for this " I respond. I walk over to Kenny who already has a box in his hands and put mine on top of his.

I give him a cunning smile and say "you're a strong man you can do it"

"you're lucky I like you, or else I would have dropped this whole thing on your foot," Kenny says I give him a pat on the back and walk back to where aj was standing. he had his hand out and dabbed me up. What did Kenny mean by 'like" did he mean it in a friendly way or more?.
