Shinobi Assassins

The Visit

        "Oh, but there is a thing you can do"

        Everyone in the Hokage's room turned around to see a man dressed in heavy cloak with a stylized A on it. Naruto realized that the man also had hidden blades with him.

        "Your an Assassin but not the one we met," Naruto said.

        "Ahhh, yes him, he is one of the best members. As to who I am just refer to me as the Mentor." responded the cloaked man.

        "Your the leader of the whole group aren't you." Shikamaru said.

        "No just of this chapter, we Assassins have branches all over the world. Each one with its own mentor. There is no real one Mentor just a group of us. Oh, I must explain the reason of my visit and don't worry about the ANBU guards they are just knocked out not dead." shrugged the man casually. 

        "Well what is your reason for your visit here and why are ordering all those reckless murders. Do you know how much political destabilization you have caused? You are ruining the peace that all the 5 great hidden villages fought for with their sacrifices." Tsunade demanded.

        "I will answer your question with one word, peace. That is the reason for this whole mess. As for me visiting you I am presenting you a solution to whole this. We Assassins have been the guardians of mankind's freedom for centuries. We have eliminated those who have been tyrants and manipulative of the people. Yet there always has been one group of people that have always been a threat to freedom. They are known as the Templars. We have been fighting for as long as we can remember."

        "Well what do the Templars want?" asked Sakura.

        "They want peace," answered the Assassin.

        "Peace thats it. Well that doesn't sound so bad. That is what Jiraiya and Naruto have fought for." said Tsunade.

        "That is what you think. What we Assassins think of peace is different than what the Templars think is peace." responded the Mentor.

        "Well whats so different in what you guys think is peace." asked Naruto.

        " The peace we believe is free will while the Templars believe in peace through order. What that means is that we believe that one day all people will understand each other while the Templars believe in controlling everyone to make them think the same. Similar to the Mugen Tsukiyomi that Obito, Madara and Kaguya wanted."

        " Thats wrong. We just fought a war to be able to keep hopes and dreams against a mass genjutsu. So you mean to tell me that these Templars want to do something similar!" growled Naruto.

        "No, they want to do something worse. You see while the Akatsuki had to capture all the Bijuu to reform the Juubi and then make oneself a Jinchuriki the Templars have an easier way. Through ancient artifacts known as Pieces of Eden."

        "Pieces of Eden, whats that and how do they relate to this whole debacle" questioned Shikamaru.

        " To answer that question I must answer it by telling a story. You see thousands of years ago, there was once a race before us. They were highly advanced and blessed by Kami. They were the ones who created humans to be their slaves. In order to control their slaves they built devices known as pieces of Eden that would mind control the masses. Yet one day a member of that race and a human mated with each other. This union created the first hybrids. These hybrids were free from control of the pieces of Eden and started a rebellion. This lead to a brutal and bloody war which ended in a catastrophe when the Sun sent a huge amount of energy towards this world. That wiped out all the members of the First Race and all but a few humans. From there the start of human civilization started. Yet from that remmant the Assassins and the Templars arose. The reason was that the pieces of Eden still existed and the Templars wanted those pieces. We in return would find those artifacts and hide them so  no man would ever possess those dangerous artifacts. Thus we have been at war ever since." the Mentor said.

        " Wow thats just wow but how can we believe that story you told us. It sounds way to farfetched to be true." spoke Naruto.

        " Thats the thing because it is true. The Templars have risen again and are searching for the pieces of Eden. With just a few pieces a whole nation can be under their control"

        " We can't let that happen. I won't allow it, Neji died so Madara wouldn't win." Naruto growled.

        " That is why you must let us in peace. We can handle these Templars like we always have. All we need is your cooperation. I know you guys are not Templars but I can't say that about the rest of your peers which is why you must keep silence. Oh, by the way you got a bit of our history wrong. Officially the Templars were destroyed for being heretics when in reality we persuaded the king of the nation where they had their headquarters to destroy them."

        " What! You guys have persuaded kings to do what you want, damn that is hardcore." Naruto replied.

        " Well of course it is. If we couldn't we wouldn't still be around now would we," smirked the Mentor.

        "Isn't it time for you to go but how will you escape without being notice," added Sai.

        "Simple this, Kuchyiose no Jutsu."

        After he said that a majestic eagle appeared and saw the group.

        " What is your request mentor?" asked the summon.

        " I ask to be reverse summoned out of here."

        "That is a simple request, very well it shall be done."

        The eagle then started to do some handsigns and then said " Gyaju no kuchyiose". With that both the bird off prey and mentor disappeared.

        " What do we do now?" stated Sakura which was the question in everyone's minds.

        "The best we can do is remain silent about this and tell nobody about this meeting." ordered Tsunade.

        "How troublesome," summed up Shikamaru.
