6.3k words: summary: the reader and armin settle at their new home. but despite attempting to get rid of the past, and start anew, it always comes back. though the reader and armin are progressing in her pregnancy, old faces are keen to know about their disappearance. Only for them to find out a truth that leaves them rather stunned.

It had been three months since you had told Armin about your pregnancy, and everything was all running smoothly. The two of you had scarcely communicated with others, too wind up in your own business to inform them of the news. But you knew you had to soon, you were pushing your second trimester, and a bump was evident.

You had barely been outside. You had been working online as you were now two hours away from your old home. But despite that, life was much more peaceful than it had been a few months ago; Armin was so loving; it was so heartwarming.

"Hey, what are you thinking about?" Armin questions, his hands resting on your stomach. He sat behind you, running his hands along your baby bump — he loved your bump so much.

"Sasha. She wants to see me, but we haven't allowed her to see us yet. I want to be able to see her again, I haven't seen her in like a month. I don't want to give out our location, but I want her here," You speak with a light tone, chuckling as his hands halt at a sole spot on your abdomen.

"Invite her over, I don't mind. Plus, we have to get the remaining things from your old home soon." You position your hand over Armin's, smiling as this moment was so delightful. You adored the equanimity of the three of you being together.

"I forgot about that. I'm just quite worried about what the others will think. I haven't seen anyone but Sasha since we went to Paris. They probably think I'm dead, so I'm scared to announce this pregnancy to them." Armin entwines his fingers with your own, placing a kiss against your collarbone as you spoke.

"They probably know by now, about us. They haven't seen both of us for a while, so it wouldn't take a genius to figure that out. Even if they do find out, what are they going to do about it? It's none of their concern," Armin assures you, squeezing your hand to make sure you remained calm. He didn't want you being stressed out, he wanted you to be alleviated. It wasn't good for you or the baby.
