Andy and Robert were about ten months into dating but no one on the team knows yet because Robert is battalion chief and Andy superior officer. It was a Saturday morning and Andy was fast asleep on roberts chest. Robert was wide awake thinking about his plans for them tonight as he ran is fingers through her hair and admired how drop dead gorgeous she really was. After a couple of minutes Andy started to stir. good morning love Robert said as he placed a gentle kiss on her temple, mhm morning Andy said in a sluggish sleepy voice as she buried her head farther into roberts chest. You okay honey he asked while she was drawing imaginary shapes on her arm which she only did when she was anxious. yeah she said with a soft smile assuring him she was okay. but Robert didn't buy her act however he knew not to push her and she would come to him when she was ready. okay he said softly giving her a chaste kiss before getting out of bed. where are you going and whined a little which caused Robert to chuckle. I'm going to make us some breakfast any requests he asked? French toast Andy said rather quickly which got a smile out of Robert. But hurry back it's cold up here without you Andy complained. He blew her a kiss and headed down the stairs as he got a text from ripley. Ripley: everything is all set up and ready to go. Robert: ah great thanks for helping me out with this man it means a lot. as he put his phone away he started on Andy's French toast when he got back up the stairs holding two plates with French toast and a variety of berries he heard Andy one the phone. okay see you later maya and said as Robert entered the room. hey baby maya, Vic and I are heading to the nail salon at one Andy said as he sat her plate down on her nightstand. yeah that's cool me and Lucas were going to hiking at 1:30 so that's perfect he s said while feeding Andy French toast. hey maya Andy said as she arrived at the nail salon. Hey ands! Vic is in the bathroom she should be out any minute maya said while giving her friend a quick hug which was unusual for maya and Andy to give each other hugs without there being a specific reason but Andy just brushed it off. He vic Andy said as vic approached the two girls. Hey ands! How are you vic asked I've been pretty good how about you me and Lucas have never been better vic added. Ooh am I sensing some swagger maya joked. and with that all three of the girls shared a laugh. So Andy what are you doing tonight. Oh well I have a date tonight Andy said smirking. Andy Herrera we need to meet this secret boyfriend of yours vic exclaimed! Well you do already know him Andy thought to herself. Yeah maya chimed in you have been head over heels for this guy and your best friends can't even meet him maya said. You will meet him very soon that's all I'll say Andy said. Back at the hiking trail Lucas and ripley were talking . So Robert how have you been luke asked. I've been great how about you? Well me and Vic are in such a great point in our relationship he said with a smile. Thats nice Robert added soon enough that will be me and Andy he told Luke. So I'm the only one who know about you and Herrera luke asked? Yep since our relationship is against about a million protocols Robert sighed. Well after tonight it won't beluke said nudging Robert. Robert just smiled. Back at Andy and roberts house. Andy was stress cleaning she did this whenever she needed to take her mind off something. As Robert walked in he knew something was upsetting Andy as he could smell the faint smell of windex and bleach coming from upstairs. As Robert entered his and Andy's room he saw her in the bathroom her back towards him she had headphones in cleaning the guest bathroom. She was singing and dancing to some pop song from 2014 and he just laughed to himself. Robert snuck up behind Andy and wrapped his arms around her. as soon as I got home from shift I started cleaning i had to tell Robert about my pregnancy but I was really scared about he would react. I mean we've never talked about kids does he even want kids. But I decide to push those thoughts away by cleaning and About an hour into cleaning I feel my favorite person wrap his arms around me. Hey he whispered into my ear after taking off my headphones. hi I said after turning around and hugging him. You okay he asked whole stoking my hair. Mhm I said while griping On to him just a little tighter. (Flash forward to two hours later) babe are you almost ready I yell checking to make sure the ring is still in my suit pocket. yep I'm coming down Andy yells. Then Robert sees her in a floor length royal blue dress with a v neck which left little to the imagination and a leg slit. You look gorgeous he said pulling her in for a kiss. You don't look to bad yourself she says before wrapping her arms around his neck. When they got to the restaurant they both ordered and we're just talking about stuff at the station. then Robert watched as Andy turned around to look at the view from their balcony seat. So he took this opportunity he got down on one knee. as we were at the restaurant  I was just admiring the view when I turned back around I saw Robert on one knee. Andy.. he began you are my person you saved me when I didn't think I needed to be saved you are my best friend, my favorite person you are the love of my life and would you do the honor of marrying me? Robert said trying to hold back the tears falling from his eyes. at this point Andy was crying with her hands covering her face. omg she whispered she watched roberts face slightly change after her last statement. A million times yes she said wrapping her arms around his neck and him spinning her around. so.. Andy started after he put her down his arms were still around her waist. what's up love robert asked. she escaped his grasp and got an ultrasound picture out of her purse. congratulations daddy Andy said now evidently crying he took the picture from her hand and studied it. And started to get nervous he wouldn't want her anymore if he had a kid but instead he just pulled her in for a deep kiss. So your happy she asked. I'm over the moon he said while pulling her into a hug.
