AT THE END OF EACH EPISODE
It was already 6:00 pm, in six more hours I would meet with Kairi which I haven't seen since this afternoon. The friendly gay couple that were coming for dinner were already here and it was I who needed to greet them.
"How are you guys?"
"Hey" the couple smiled.
"Sono passati secoli" I said smiling.
"Ha, sì"
I came fast and greeted them.
"How are you?"
"We are fine, but all we can see is that you've grown" they said.
"Yeah I know" I said awkwardly. "Well let's go inside"
They smiled and followed me inside. I then went to my room fast to change for the evening and my father was already there. Saw him putting the shirt the couple kindly gifted me outside so I will put it on.
"I can't put it on now, they've already met me" I said mad.
"Yes you can" my father said.
"It'll look like a put-up job" I said "Papa, it'll–
"Yes" he interrupted me.

"No misbehaving tonight" my father said and I smiled. "No, no laughing. When I tell you to play, you'll play. You're too old not to accept people for who they are" he stayed for a second. "What's wrong with them? What's wrong with them? You call them Sonny and Cher behind their backs"
"That's what mom calls them" I said and he interrupted me.
"Then you accept gifts from them" we both went silent. "The only person that reflects badly on is you. Is it because they're gay or because they're ridiculous?" he looks at me angry. "If you know as much about economics at Mounir's age you'll be a very wise man indeed, and a credit to me" he picked up the shirt and threw it at me. "Now, just get into this, you"
I put in the shirt and came out. We eat dinner and my parents had fun talking to the couple. They weren't bad and I wasn't discriminating them. I just really didn't like the shirt they gifted me. But my father is right I cannot just accept a gift and then completely throw it away.
They were good people, and at least me and my father didn't argue any more that night. I played as he said and what they wanted. And while doing so I saw Kairi, he just got here apparently. He looked at me playing the piano and the people that surrounded me to then just turn away and go up the stairs.
I didn't realized what time it was, but I discreetly looked at my watch and it was 11:40 pm. It was almost time. I played the final melody and then my parents and the couple applauded. I stretched and yawned.
"Sorry. I have to go to bed. I'm sorry, I'm so tired" I said looking at my dad.
"Thank you" my dad said as if he was thanking me for behaving.
I smiled and stood up to go upstairs but before that I wished goodnight to everyone. When I got to my room I went to the bathroom real quick. After I finished I heard how my parents where saying goodbye to the couple and they drove away. My parents most likely would go straight to their room and sleep.
