Excuse You?

Hey guysss! Sorry for not updating for the couple of days ( a week or two I think?) Basically I got a week off of school just to only comeback again. I just started term 2, YET I already have to do an exam I didn't study nor know what's the topic about. But here's an update!

Narrator's POV:
Eren and the gang are sitting in the hall, in front of the ER waiting for news about Mikasa. While the gang was busy discussing the cause of Mikasa fainting, Eren was busy staring at the ceiling. 'You better be alright Mika' that's what Eren is thinking about. "Dude, Mikasa's going to be okay, she's strong and her accident wasn't really tragic." Jean said after tapping Eren's shoulder. "Jean, If you wanna joke now, I'm not in the mood for it please." Eren replied with a straight face. "Yup, yup, yup, sorry dude, get back to thinking then." Jean got up from the seat beside Eren. Armin then came to the gang with box filled with milk/juice bottles and sandwiches. "Here are some foods, eat up, Mikasa won't like to see you guys starve just for her." All of them took the food and drink Armin brought except for Eren. He kept thinking about what might cause the accident. Armin took 2 sandwiches , one bottle of plain milk and banana milk. He sat beside Eren. "Ren, you've got to eat, Mikasa won't like to see you starve after she wakes up." "I know Min but I'm thinking what triggered her to become like this, she was fine before." Armin just patted and rubbing circles behind his back. He hands Eren one sandwich and a bottle of banana milk.

Eren decided to eat the sandwich and milk. After sometime, the doctor came out of the ER. "Relatives of Mikasa Ackerman?" Eren jolts up hearing Mikasa's name. "I'm her boyfriend."

"Ms. Mikasa got a slight head concussion due to her head hitting the wall. No other major injuries. But I learned that Mikasa's condition was alright but she accelerated suddenly? I think it might be due to shock. Did Mikasa had any stretches before the match?"

"She did doc, weirdly she didn't had any food or activity that can cause this accident. About shock I think she might saw something." Armin told the doctor.

"Okay, I'll leave that to you all and Mikasa is already in her room, sleeping."

Eren quickly went to Mikasa's room to see her head bandaged. He sat down on the chair beside her bed. "Hey Mika, how are you feeling, I know you won't hear this though." Eren said while rubbing her hands. The gang watched the two from the corner of the room. "Oi bird butt, move I also want to see my best friend." Both Sasha and Annie screamed at Eren at the same time. "You two, someone's mourning hear, this ain't a jungle." "Ya ya whatever, doesn't mean that Eren is the boyfriend, the best friends can't take a look too." Annie replied to Connie.

Eren stood up to give space for everyone to see Mika's condition. Everyone stayed in her room, look after her (especially Eren), and even ate dinner there together. Eventually the group has to go back to the dorms. Levi gave permission for one person to be with Mikasa and yes, it is Eren. Before heading back to the dorms, Jean, Connie and Armin bought Eren takeaway food and bottles of water.

Now it's just a unconscious Mikasa and a sleepless Eren in one room at 3AM. Eren's eyes slowly goes heavy, but he was determined to not fall  asleep. Alas, he fell asleep on the chair beside Mikasa's bed.

Mikasa's POV:

I woke up with a slight headache. The morning light hit my face and blinded my eyes for awhile. I realize that I'm on a bed, not a comfortable one though. Lifting my arm, I see that my hand is attached to an IV. Guess I'm in the hospital. I look to my left to see a sleeping Eren on a chair beside me. He must have watched me all night. Look at his cute big face. I start caressing Eren's hand, slowly his eyes are opening.

"Hey, had a good sleep?" I said to him.

"Hah, Mika!" Eren suddenly hug me.

"Are you feeling ok? How's your head? Do you remember my name?" Eren showered me with questions.

"Slow down, I just woke up. First yes I remember you, second I have a slight headache, but yes I'm fine." I answered Eren's question in one go.

"Ohh ya sorry, but that's a relief. I'm just worried." Eren said while holding my face with both of his hand and planting a kiss on my forehead.

Eren informed the nurse that I woke up. The nurse checks my condition and change my IV. After the check up, the doctor told me I could be discharged by tomorrow or the next day after that. Sadly, I have to take a week off from the Olympics. I don't really know if I could "re-take" the Olympics, probably not though. On that day, all I remembered from what I saw was her. The one who ordered a hit man to murder my family. She was smiling, so brightly, you'd never expect her to be that dark. Standing there with a punch able face. Standing like she never committed any sins. The devil in disguise, Miss Kiyomi Azumabito.
