Old Pack Troubles

Luke's pov
I grabbed my mate and ran down the stairs. "Alpha Luke, Sarah is coming with us." Owen (I think) says. "I'm afraid that's not going to happen." I push Sarah's hair back so they could see that I marked her. "Oh..." Was all he said. I see a Beta behind Owen growling. "Excuse me? Why are you growling?" Sarah asks. "None of your damn business!" He goes up and slaps Sarah across the face. I step back knowing her wolf was coming out.

Sarah transforms into her beautiful wolf. I hear my wolf howling. 'Luke! Watch out for Lilly!' He says to me. Huh? The next thing I know, Lilly transforms too but then she attacks Sarah. She threw Sarah across the house, Sarah hit her head on a wall. I hear her whimper. I grab Lilly by her throat and slam her against the wall. "If I ever see you hurt my mate again, you'll never see sunlight again. You won't breathe." I growl into her face.

I let go and run to Sarah. "Baby you'll be fine. I promise." Her pain was so severe she changed back into a human. "L-Luke..." "Yes baby?" "Kill me..." I shake at my mates words. "No." "Please?" She begs. I pick her up. "Your gonna be fine. I'm gonna take you to Gina." She's the pack doctor. Sarah's breath got quieter. "Luke...I need help." I honestly didn't know what she meant. Sarah pushed up her sleeves and I saw a bunch of cut marks. They were fresh... I felt the tears swelling in my eyes. I didn't hold them back. "Please don't do that anymore." I said crying. I saw disgust fill her sweet hazel eyes. "A-Are you disgusted by me crying?!" I dropped her and ran off.
Sarah Pov
I felt my life slipping away. "Luke please help! I c-c-can't breath!" Luke ran back in. "I'm not disgusted by you. I'm disgusted by myself." I felt my breath slipping away. Luke leaned down and kissed me. "I promise you'll be fine" he rushed me to Gina. I passed out in his arms.
