01. "He's Mine"

LUDUS's POV

As always, I was lying on my couche, as I heard his foot-steps coming near, I tightly shut my eyes, pretending to be asleep.

“𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸” he said, and I opened my eyes showing him the cutest face I could make.

“𝗡𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴” he spoke again in a very cold tone, I just whimpered and stood up, as he put the leash on me.

I don't like it, I don't like going there, I hate it, How did I turn into such a weakling?

“𝗟𝘂𝗱𝘂𝘀, 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆? 𝗡𝗼 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴! 𝗜𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆?” he said it for the nth time.

I know he cares for me, and I can't help but listen to him no matter how I feel, because even I'm afraid of letting anyone come close to me, I don't want to live like that anymore.

𝙊𝙝 𝙬𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝘼𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙨? 𝙃𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙮 𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧, 𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙢𝙚 𝙖 𝙡𝙤𝙩, 𝙨𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙄.

In just a matter of time, we reached to the vet, well, Austin my man, is a very fast driver, isn't he?

We both entered the vet, just like usual, Austin picked me up and held me tightly, and walked towards the receptionst.

“𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻?” he asked,

“𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻, 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻” she answered.

Then he sat on the couch, still holding onto me, I felt quite uncomfortable, he's always been like this, whenever we are at a public place, he helds me so tight in his arms, I almost got choked one day, but I know it's all because he loves me.

AUTHOR'S POV

The receptionist went inside the Doctor's Cabin, as she got called, she saw her staring at her computer screen.

“𝗠𝗮𝗺, 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆?” she asked being curious as she stood infront of her desk.

“𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺” she pointed towards the screen, at a particular person, the receptionist walked over to see who she was pointing at, after realising who it was, they both sighed in unison.

“𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝘂𝗱𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱” she said while making a concerned face.
