"Hey Paxton." Carly said to the boy.
"Hey Carls." Paxton smiled at the girl, happy to run into her.
"What are you doing here? I thought you said you weren't coming."
Paxton shrugged. "I wasn't but I don't know I couldn't really study so here I am. You ok? Looks like you need something to drink."
"Well I just ran my mile so... that would explain it." Carly was nervous. Why?
Paxton chuckled. "Here." He gave her a new water bottle he got when walking in.
"You're a life saver." She opened the bottle and chugged it. She didn't realize how dry her throat gets after running. "So what class are you trying to study for?"
"Bio. Which sucks by the way."
Carly chuckled. "Bio isn't too bad."
"Says the girl that's smart as hell."
