Raavi had never heard of a story where the heroine married the villain. Beauty and the beast perhaps, but beast was actually a prince who was cursed. Shiva wasn't cursed. He was the way he is right from the very beginning. So why did he have to gift her the green bangles? It would have been better if he hadn't given her any gift at all. The bangles were the perfect shade of green. Nothing too sparkly but very simple. Yet, they were green glass bangles.

She paced around the room thinking about all the consequences. It was all Shiva's fault, but she was also mad at Dev. He gave her a history book when he could've given her green bangles and made her the happiest woman on earth. But no, he cared more about her failing an exam than her feelings. Raavi looked at the green bangles again and began to hyperventilate. It only meant one thing. But did Shiva know what it meant? Was this his ultimate move to separate her and Dev forever? She needed answers.

Raavi took her phone and the bangles and went down. She needed to talk to Shiva right now. Thankfully, Prafulla was in the kitchen, and she could sneak out. She knew he would be at the store. It was closing time so he would be closing up. She almost ran to the store, to catch him before he left. Thankfully, he was still there. Raavi immediately marched into the store and put the bangles on the counter right before his eyes.

Shiva's eyes went wide for a second. "Kya hai yeh? Aur itni raat ko tu yaha kya kar rahi hai?"

Raavi showed him the video of him keeping the bangles in her bag. "Toh yeh bata, tune yeh jaan bujhke kiya?"

"Jaan bujhke matlab?" Shiva asked.

"Tune mujhe hari chooriyan kyu di?" Raavi asked.

"Ae maami ki behen ki beti, zyada khush hone ki zaroorat nahi. Woh toh Dhara bhabhi ne kaha tha tujhe koi gift dene. Toh main le aaya. Zyada bhav mat kha ab."

"Par hari chooriyan hi kyu? Tujhe aur kuch nahi mila? Matlab pure duniya mein tujhe yeh chooriyan hi mili?"

Shiva scowled. "Gadheri ja na. Subah se tera hi chehra dekh raha hu. Ab mujhe thodi si shanti de aur bhaag yaha se."

Raavi sighed. Why did the most useless person in the entire world have to gift her bangles? "Tujhe yeh nahi dena chahiye tha mujhe Shiva. Tujhe hari chooriyon ka matlab bhi pata hai?"

"Chooriyan hai. Ladkiyaan haath mein pehenke ghumti hai." Shiva said, putting the last box in its place. "Ab bandh karna hai. Niklegi ya tujhe andar lock kar du? Raat bhar apni chipkali beheno ke saath party karna."

"Shiva tu samajh nahi raha hai!" Raavi shouted. "Tune sab kuch kharab kar diya. Maine kya socha tha aur kya ho gaya. Prince ki jagah raakshash..." She started crying, making Shiva annoyed. "Kuch bhi de sakta tha tu par tujhe yeh chooriyan hi mili? Meri toh zindagi barbaad ho gayi."

Shiva wanted to leave and this girl was saying all kinds of nonsense. He didn't even know why he gifted her those bangles. Dhara asked him to get a gift. Normally he ignored that every year, but he went to the market for some work and saw those green bangles. He didn't know why, but he ended up buying those for her. Now he wished he hadn't. The girl had just started crying and he was unable to close up the store and go home to sleep. He was really tired.

"Agar nahi pasand toh fek de inko!" Shiva took the bangles and threw it across the store.

Raavi looked at Shiva in shock. He was still fuming in anger. She ran to where the bangles were thrown, and looked at it. They were shattered because of this bhootnath. She saw that three bangles had survived the crash. Sighing in relief, she began to take them out. But one of the pieces pierced her skin and she winced in pain.

Shiva immediately came and held her hand to inspect the wound. He looked at Raavi who was crying in pain and quickly pulled out the piece which was sticking to her hand. Raavi cried out and grasped his vest, burying her face into the crook of his neck. Shiva took out his handkerchief and applied pressure to the wound so that it would stop bleeding. Raavi was still holding onto him, while wincing in pain.

"Pehle khud chooriyon ki wajah se chillati hai aur phir pagalo ki tarah kaach ke tukre se haath kaat leti hai. Tu samajh nahi aati." Shiva said. "Ab ruk yaha. Hilna mat."

He pulled Raavi from her and went inside to get a bandage. Raavi wiped her tears, and pulled out the three survivors bangles from the set. She wore them on one hand. Shiva came back with the band-aid and covered her cut with it. He offered her his hand, and she took it to stand up. Shiva noticed the bangles on her hand and found it strange that she would wear them even after shouting at him for gifting it to her. She really was crazy.

"Ab chal tujhe ghar chod deta hu." Shiva said.

Raavi didn't argue. Shiva closed the store and started his bike. Raavi sat down behind him. It took only five minutes. She got down and looked at Shiva. So she had to spend her entire life with this bhootnath now.

"Ghoor kya rahi hai? Khayegi kya?"

"Khana toh parega ab. Koi option nahi hai." Raavi sighed.

She walked into her house. Prafulla was furious to see her coming home so late but she ignored her Maasi and went upto her own room and closed the door. Yup, she was going to have to get married to Shiva. He gave her the green bangles and she respected the symbolism of it. There was no way to fight it because those who fought fate, ended up losing in life. The villain of her story had won. He got the princess.
