I awake in a strange room, my vision is blurred. The last thing I remember is a van and gas filling my lungs. I look around, I see people wearing the exact same clothes, the only thing different is each has there own number. Looking down at myself I see that I am wearing the same teal-ish clothing, with the number 69 plastered on top.
I get out of the bed I awoke in and look around. I see a group gathered around what seems to sound like people fighting?
I walk towards the commotion unsure of what is happening. I push past everyone to make my way to the front, saying sorry as I move my way through the crowd. Once I have made my way to the front I see a man who looks to be in his mid 40's throwing a girl. The girl looked fairly young maybe in her early 20's, around my age. My thoughts are broken as the man 101 throws 67 to the ground once more.
"You bitch." The man snaps.
He starts laughing which makes me glance him a disgusted look. Thankfully he does not notice.
"I can't believe I've run into you here." He says with a grin. "Look at those eyes, your temper hasn't changed." 101 laughs.
"Then again, you're not the type to back down after a couple of blows." He stops for a moment. "I fed you, put a roof over your head. Even taught you my skills, but you backstab me?" He says angrily.
"You already took more from me than what I owe you." 67 says.
"If that's true then why did you run away?" He asks his smirk fading into anger.
"I didn't run away, I just went independent." She says with blood trailing down her lip.
"Independent?" He laughs and then attempts to strike her but she quickly dodges.
101 becomes more angrier with her and nocks her to the ground. The girl tried to get but up but he just threw her to the ground again.
I knew I shouldn't do anything but I had to. I couldn't bare watching the girl get hurt any further. I'm usually a quiet person and don't like attention much but I knew I needed to help before this got out of hand.
"Stop hurting her." I say as I walk closer to her and help her up.
Before I knew it 101 had grabbed me by the collar of my shirt and threw me to the ground. Man was I pissed when he did that. I usually keep my cool around people other than my siblings but this guy was really getting on my nerves.
I get off of the ground and give the man a pissed off look.
"Did you really have to do that?" I ask annoyed.
The man just snickers. He tries to push me out of the way to get to the girl but I do not budge.
He grabs me by the collar of my shirt."Do you have a death wish girl?" He asks clearly annoyed.
I flash a smirk as I grab something from under my shirt, a pocket knife. I lift it do his throat.
"Do you?" I ask. "Let go."
He lets go of my collar but I hold the knife to his throat. He backs up and I release my hold I help the girl up.
The girl stared at me and nodded. Not much of a thank you but I don't mind.
When I was holding the knife to the guys throat I might have looked confident but I'm reality I knew I fucked up, and I was freaking out. Before I can put anymore thought into what happened. Men in red enter through the large doors
