In my universe,
You make another world for me
He sits on his chair.Black and white keys,
Lay still in front of him.
Sheets of bewitching words
lay tangled on the floor
And he muses again
"When, oh when,
Will my fingers dance with you?
In a perfect melody,
A song only we know.
Would I ever play again?"
His hands are tied,
Yet he longs for a healing
After a tiring day,
And closing his eyes
Cursing the ban once again,
He dreams of playing the piano again.
