For the record, dying is not a good experience.

It was lonely and painful. You are aware at least a few seconds, maybe even a minute before it’s blank and dark.

There isn’t any sensation but she felt cold.

It’s strange.

Aware yet unaware.

Drifted in a blank yet dark space.

Perhaps this is what her mother felt when she died?

The way she died is not… Pleasant.

She wonders if anyone would miss her? Perhaps Dongling, she is the only one that pop out in her mind.

Any thoughts slowly drifted out.

Huang Beiyue wasn’t really aware of the real process of reincarnation, or if they really meet King Yama or something. But one thing for sure, if Underworld Officials indeed exist.... Meng Po needs an apprentice. She’s too old perhaps and had entirely missed giving her that Forgetfulness Soup before booting her in another world!

That’s right.

In another’s body, hers perhaps because she’s a baby, it was vague but on certain aspects, she was aware of it. Even though her brain as a baby is not really equipped to deal with an adults’ or a teenager's thoughts.

Huang Beiyue found herself reincarnated into a baby’s body and all of which they have variety shades of red hair!

That’s sudden shift change on her part given she lived in a world with dark hair, there are selective few but dark colors are dominant. Dongling was the only one she knew that differ from the typical variety of black and brown. And maybe her Cousin, Huang Yingye. But it’s mostly black. So the sudden variety shades of red hair surprised her. But then again what does she, of all people, knew when her social life is practically abysmal? But regardless, it was still a pleasant surprise!

Huang Beiyue herself is quite fond of her now hair color, she saw it on the mirror –along with her baby form in all its chubby glory—and in which, she had this sudden surge of emotions. Like a long lost something she was finally able to grasp.

Huang Beiyue couldn’t pinpoint what it actually was, actually but it’s like… Finally obtaining something long lost to her, but she doesn’t exactly know what it was.

One thing for sure, Beiyue likes her hair. It’s red, brilliant shade, but it really stand out from the Ruby red and garnets, it’s on the brighter side, which, even in the clan, is rare. Scarlet shade stood out very much, specially under the sun. She was told she will have trouble hiding its shine but Huang Beiyue only felt pride for it, in reasons she does not know. If that’s the case, then she will just have to adapt.

Calling it a clan is… Well, they lived in a huge island with people that had Uzumaki as last name. An island that is huge and beautiful yet surrounded by the protection of raging tides and whirlpools.

Their tempers, their stamina, their strength, their determination, their stubbornness, their energy. All of them are really powerful and they didn’t cultivate! Well, in a sense, they are like warrior. But meditation to take in energy into one’s body, no! You combine your spiritual energy and physical energy to get stronger! You strive by training and hard work, although talent also played a part.
