〖✰ 〗After a long forty minute drive, they finally arrived at the location, the sky was a fiery amber colour with street lights running across the sidewalk in perpendicular lines.
Eren held the door open for Y/N. Her Jordans rubbed against the concrete rubble as she got out murmuring 'thank you' under her soft breath. The warm May spring weather brushed past her exposed skin as she heard Eren slam the car door shut.
She turned around noticing that they were on top of the cliff in the middle of the highway. Below them was a rocky beach. It was empty. Nothing but street lights shining upon the area.
"Let me guess..." Y/N sighed. "This is just your secret place where you go to clear your mind whenever Mommy and Daddy and fighting I'm the first person you ever brought here..." Y/N trailed of side eyeing Eren.
"Fuck you, this ain't the kissing booth" Eren chuckled lightly as Y/N laughed.
"So how did you find this place then?" She asked.
"Google maps...obviously." He trailed off as they both walked down the wooden ramp down the cliff.
"Can you see the sunset?" He pointed up at the sun setting sky as Y/N nodded.
"Very much Instagram story worthy," she uttered lowly taking a picture of the view before she walked down the stairs.
"Watch your step," Eren murmured as he held her hand realising that she was almost about to step into the dented part of the wood.
They reached the end of the ramp and walked on the rocks further down towards the sea. Eren's fingers were still entwined with hers as she silently followed behind him. The temperature around them started to drop as they took in the fresh salty aroma from the sea.
Eren picked up a rock with his free hand throwing it as a far as he could as it bounced on top the sea before drowning silently.
"I don't think I'm gonna go in the water," Y/N pointed out pointing her chin towards the sea. "Not when I'm wearing these shoes," she uttered looking down.
"Yeah, same here," Eren spoke up as he sat down on the rocks a light groan escaping from his lips.
She sat down next to him stretching her legs out as she pulled down on the sleeves of her Balenciaga hoodie to cover her hands. The silence was comforting and somewhat needed.
She closed her tired eyes pushing her hands back to lean on them as she quietly listened to waves crashing against the rocks while the wind danced around her. Eren's bold forest green eyes gazed at her silently for quite a long time before he stared ahead at sea violently crashing against the rocks the foam reaching the end of his Grey Fog Nike Dunks. He leaned onto his shoulders closing his eyes and doing the same.
