Celis (With CF)

Introduction

Cystic Fibrosis (n.): a hereditary disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. The body produces thick and sticky mucus that can clog the lungs and obstruct the pancreas.

In other words, Celis Fabin would rather die than live another day with CF. Practically on house arrest with nowhere to go, the only two people in the world Celis trusts with his life are his mom and the caretaker she hired for him after he threatened to pull his own plug.

Follow Celis as he journeys through his early adulthood and learns how to do his treatments so he can live, instead of living to only do his treatments.

Stuck in his house all day everyday with CF, there's one thing that Celis enjoys passing the time with: games. Let's start with a game of Fact or Cap.

Celis Fabin has Cystic Fibrosis. That's a fact. 

Celis Fabin loves his dog more than anything. Another fact.

Celis Fabin has a happy traditional family. That's cap.

Celis Fabin's best friends are his mom and his at-home caretaker. That's a fact. 

Celis Fabin will die before he confesses his crush to his caretaker. Thats definitely a fact.

A Note from the Author: 

I started this book as an assignment in a creative writing course I took recently. I still cannot get this plot out of my head, so here we are. This story may run as a short story or may run longer, I haven't decided yet.
