Cozy aromas of candles filled the halls. That is until the smell of rotten flesh and blood seeped from under the basement door. "Oh my, what is that, Sangwoo?" The woman would ask. "Probably some old food I forgot to take out," he would reply as he grabbed a spray bottle of air freshener and spray it down in the basement. The rest of the visit would be awkward and quiet, for everyone knew there wasn't any 'old food' down in the basement. Who would keep it there? Every once in awhile police would be sent to check the house. Some times even Kinry would have to be taken away into a daycare every once in awhile. Sangwoo got used to it after it began happened once every few months. He wasn't worried about losing Kinry; he knew he never would. But he was worried about his job. Selling these girls off for money instead of killing them for his own volition. He earned a small amount of money for each girl, but usually the prettier the better. The plus was, it paid more than any fast food job, and he got to see pretty women. It wasn't good marketing for his child, but whatever it takes to keep a roof above their head. He hadn't had a childhood himself so he could never know how to give Kinry what he'd never gotten himself.

But he tried. He just had to gain the mind of a child.
