After a peaceful day with Ciel, I found myself on a different kind of mission the following morning. Ciel had reminded me about the mining accident, where the two dwarven brothers had been injured. There wasn't much time to lose as the lost of those two would lead to a huge problem with this timeline.

Dressed and ready, Ciel and I strolled through the bustling streets of Dwargon. The city's energy was as lively as ever, but amidst the crowd, I spotted a dwarf sprinting toward us. Sweat poured down his face, and he was clutching an empty sack, clearly desperate.

I nudged Ciel mentally. That's probably him. She gave a soft hum of acknowledgment.

Suddenly, the dwarf skidded to a stop before us, gasping for air. It was Kaido—though I had to act like I didn't know his name to keep things casual.

Kaido: gasping, "The mines... there was an accident... my brothers... they need help! I'm trying to get medical supplies, but I can't find enough!"

I raised a hand, keeping my voice calm, trying not to let him see I already knew his name.

Rimuru: smiling, "Whoa, take it easy, friend. No need to panic. I can help."

Kaido blinked, looking unsure. Before he could question me, I materialized a barrel of Full Heal Potions from my storage.

Rimuru: offering the barrel, "Here, this should take care of it. Get it to your brothers, quick."

Kaido stared at the barrel, eyes wide with disbelief.

Kaido: stammering, "T-These potions... are they real?"

Rimuru: grinning, "Yep, all yours. Just make sure your brothers are okay."

Kaido nodded frantically, clutching the barrel like it was the most valuable thing he'd ever seen.

Kaido: "I don't know how to thank you..."

Rimuru: shrugging, "You don't need to. Just go."

Without another word, Kaido sprinted back the way he came, shouting his thanks over his shoulder. I watched him disappear into the distance, feeling a sense of satisfaction wash over me. After that me and Ciel continued to walk around the district until...

That afternoon, while walking with Ciel through the market district, we ran into Kaido again... this time, he looked far more composed. He approached us with a deep bow, his face full of gratitude.

Kaido: bowing, "Thank you so much! The potions worked wonders, my brothers are already back on their feet."

Rimuru: smiling, "Glad to hear it. But actually, there's something I wanted to ask you about."

Kaido straightened up, blinking in curiosity.

Kaido: "Ask me? What about?"

Rimuru: casually, "I've heard Dwargon is famous for its artisans. My village is still growing, and we could use some skilled hands to help with building and crafting. Think you could introduce me to someone?"

Kaido's face lit up in excitement, clearly proud of his people's craft.

Kaido: "Oh, you've come to the right place! I know exactly who you need to meet. Come on!"

He led us through the winding streets until we arrived at a large workshop. Inside, the clanging of hammers and the heat of furnaces filled the air. One dwarf was hard at work, he was deeply focused on his tasks. Kaido led us to the this dwarf, who was overseeing the production of a finely crafted sword.
