After the romantic proposal by Seokhoon, the two now newly engaged couples decided to end the evening with a quiet walk through a nearby river before heading home. Seokoon finally felt relieved that everything was over and that Rona had said yes.
Middle of their walk, Rona tugged Seokhoon's hand to get his attention. He turned to face his new fiancee, he could not contain his happiness, his grin was the size of a crescent moon. Rona laughed seeing Seokhoon's expression. "Seokhoon-ah, what exactly was the purpose of the date course today?" Rona asked.
They walked over to the river bank and found some benches to sit on. As the night had gotten chilly, Seokhoon removed his jacket to cover Rona's legs and shield her from the cold wind. They sat side by side, with Rona's head on Seokhoon's shoulder. "Well, I want to show you our history in this country. I know we have not talked about where we would be living permanently for the rest of our lives. But this city was really the start of our relationship as two individual adults. So it only felt right to rope the city into our own love story as well. We made more fond memories here than we ever did in the States and Korea." Seokhoon explained. RN took some time to digest his words.
Breaking the silence again, "Rona-ah where do you see us in 3 to 5 years time? Do you wish to continue to live in Italy? In another 2 years, we will be finishing our residency. Clark did tell us that if we wanted to, we could go anywhere in the world. Do you have a plan?" Seokhoon asked. After a silent minute, Rona turned to Seokhoon, "I don't have a plan as of now, right now I just want to focus on growing more as a singer, even though the media graciously names me the next Prima Donna. I know I am not there yet. I still have a long way to go. What I do know for sure is, I want to get married to you in Korea - surrounded by our friends and family. Where we go from there on, as long as we do it together. I don't need to worry about anything else." Rona smiled.
Seokhoon hearing her words was overcome with gratitude towards her. Rona was right, as long as they made their decisions together, it doesn't matter where they live for the foreseeable future. Seokhoon smiled, and tucked Rona's hair behind her ears. His hand on Rona's cheeks and he leaned in to give her a quick kiss.
However, what Seokhoon did not expect was that Rona would open her mouth and nib his bottom lip during the kiss. If Rona was hoping to ignite Seokhoon's desire for her. She just needed to smile at him and he was a goner. Seokhoon deepened the kiss and his tongue was soon in Rona's mouth. Seokhoon's hands were slowly moving from Rona's face down to her legs. He lifted her legs so it would be over his lap, the jacket covering Rona's legs had fallen to the floor.
As the kiss began to intensify, Rona knew they were in a public place. She broke the kiss, Seokhoon whimpered and tried to bring Rona's lips back to him. But she pushed away, "Seokhoon-ah, we are in a public place." Seokhoon's face fell in disappointment.
But then Rona leaned in, their lips were almost touching and in a soft almost seductive voice, Rona said "Let's go home."
