Absolute Equivalency: Upon shareing a piece of important information with a person, the user can choose to erase something from the person's memory.

Type:
Inherited cursed technique.

History:
The cursed technique is incredibly old but very few people know about it; the cursed technique it's self may have a hand in that. Due to its highly complex nature, only few users have been able to use the technique to its fullest. The technique has also sometimes skipped multiple generations but the cause of this has been speculated to be that some users may have completely erased themselves from history. Even in the clan it is very hard to tell who may have Inherited the technique. 

Restrictions:
. The information shared and the memory erased have the same significance. If the user reveals something trivial, they can't erase any major memories but if they reveal there true intentions; I'm here to kill you or the nature of the technique then they can almost erase anything, like someone's name, their motives or even how to use their cursed technique.
Remember, the more significant the information revealed, they more that can be erased. The user can possibly erase someone's sense of self, their understanding of shape or distance, the language they speak, how to walk, and much more.

. If the user tells someone about the nature of the technique, the memory can not be erased.

. The user can only erase what they know about the person; i.e, they won't be able to erase someone's name if they have never heard it.

. If the target doesn't hear what the user is revealing, the technique doesn't affect them.

. The Memory is erased, not the information. If someone forgets their name or how to use their cursed technique, they can learn it back.

Drawbacks:
The cursed technique is purely tactical and isn't very useful if the user isn't some manipulative mastermind or something.

(Domain) Office of the memory merchant:
A small typical office, with no widows; all the furniture is made of nameless books.
The enemy won't be able to avoid the technique and the user will have to reveal a bit less to erase the same amount of information.

Note: it can work with multiple people, if you reveal important info to a group of people, you can alter all of their memories, but what you say may not have the same significance to everyone.
