Curse Taxes!

Strength: Broken but under the right circumstances.

Curse taxes (pun intended): Upon revealing the nature of the technique, the user can charge taxes on every person in their line of sight. The person will have to pay a certain amount of cursed energy everytime they use their technique. If the cursed energy of the person is reduced by 51 percent the user can place restrictions on the person's cursed technique.

Type:
Innate cursed technique.

Restrictions:
. The user can only charge a certain amount not a certain percentage, meaning if the target has 2000 cursed energy, the user can charge 5 cursed energy but not 5 percent cursed energy (100 cursed energy).
This can be an advantage against targets with little cursed energy but a huge disadvantage if the target has a large amount of cursed energy.

. The nature of the technique must be revealed for it to work.

. The target will pay the cursed energy to the cursed technique not the user of the cursed technique, meaning the user won't get stronger throughout the fight but the target will get weaker.

. The restrictions placed shouldn't change the fundamental nature of the technique, nothing Major at least. The restrictions are small, like, needing more curse energy to activate the technique, reducing the range of the technique, putting a time limit of the technique and so on.

Drawbacks:
The technique is very useful in team fights but is a bad matchup for one on one fights and it's efficiency is highly dependent on the opponent. It is also nearly useless against targets without a cursed technique; i.e, Yuji, Maki, Toji, nearly every cursed spirit.

(Domain) Unjust court:
A giant court room, where the user is the judge and the target are the law offenders.
The target is automatically charged 30 percent of their cursed energy and the user can now tax twice as much.
