Qin Ran’s hand paused when she heard this. She put down her chopsticks and looked at Cheng Mu very calmly. “I know.”
Then, she stood up again and excused herself politely to Lu Zhaoying and the others. She reached out to pull on the collar of her sweater and walked outside before closing the door.
After she left, Jiang Dongye tilted his head curiously. “Cheng Mu, which Teacher Wei are you talking about?”
There were quite a few people with the surname Wei in Beijing, but there was only one man who could be considered a Master.
Jiang Dongye subconsciously removed the Wei family from the list of Qin Ran’s acquaintances.
Lu Zhaoying also leaned back and raised an eyebrow, but he knew his limits and didn’t follow after her. “Is that her relative?”
“Yeah.” Cheng Mu nodded and replied calmly, “It’s Wei Lin, Master Wei, the music master of palace level. I bought his tickets for Chairman Jiang before.”

Lu Zhaoying moved back calmly and took a bottle of water. He twisted the cap and took a sip.

The two of them reacted.
Lu Zhaoying screwed the cap back on the bottle and stared at Cheng Mu expressionlessly. “Who did you just say was here?”
