"Deaton! Deaton!"

Deaton comes out of the back room finding Derek carrying a knocked out bloody fox Stiles. Deaton quickly leads them in.

Derek lays Stiles on the table and nuzzled close to his face stroking his fur. "Please... please. Don't leave me," Derek says, tears forming from his eyes. His hand moves to Stiles's belly, "All of you, don't leave me. We were supposed to be together. We're supposed to grow old together," he says teary eyed, taking out the ring box from his pocket smiling at it. "Don't you dare leave me!"

Deaton comes back with equipment. He blows a little bit of mountain ash forcing Stiles to shift back to his human form. Derek spreads a shite sheet on top of him to cover his naked body.

Deaton holds the equipment and looks towards Derek concerned. "I have no choice but to get the babies out, let's hope we're not too late."
.....

Scott paced the loft worriedly while all the rest pack rested uneasy on the couch. Danny hugged Ethan, Malia comforted Kira who was resting on her shoulders. Lydia sat, her head resting on her jointed palms. Liam sat on the floor worriedly, his eyes darting from one pack member to the other while Jackson stood away from the others, arms crossed, keeping a straight face.

Isaac moved to Scott and stopped him in place, his pressed his arms on his shoulders trying to reassure him that everything was going to be alright.

Peter stood from the kitchen, trying to hide his emotions but he knew the pack had already sensed it. They stayed away, respecting his privacy.

"Is mom going to be okay?" Liam says eyes gazing across everyone in the room. The pack looked at him then looked at each other.

Jackson then moves towards the younger teen. "I'm going to be honest with you little pup. I don't know... none of us do. But we can all hope that all of them will be... okay?" Liam nods to the response.

Jackson still seeing the youngest pup feeling down moves in and pulls him in his embrace. Liam melts to his brother's hug and snuggles closer.

The rest of the pack smile at the scene. All of them moving from their places, joining the two.
.....

Stiles gasps, waking from his unconsciousness. Derek holds him, comforting him, reassuring him he's safe.

"You're okay, you're okay. You're safe now." Derek says stroking Stiles's hair laying him back down. Stiles looks down to find himself fully clothed and healed.

"The babies-"

"Deaton got them out, he's making sure they're fine."

Stiles stands up, the two make their way out to the waiting room. It was raining heavily outside, the streetlights lit with difficulty trying to overcome the dark night combined with the heavy rain.

Deaton comes out from behind the back to the waiting room to the expecting couple.

"I got them out, I did everything I could."

The two looked at Deaton, terrified.

"Your daughters are okay but your son... he couldn't make it. I'm so sorry."

"Tell me that's not true," Stiles cried.

"I'm so sorry Stiles," Deaton says, he's face turned to the ground.

Stiles didn't wait to stay inside the clinic, he opened the door and ran outside. The rain poured on him heavily, dappening his clothes. He stopped and he cried, he cried heavily, the clouds seems to feel his pain and cry even more with him. Derek ran after him and hugged him from behind.

The two stood in the middle of the street, rain pouring like crazy. Crying as they had lost a child.

Derek then looked up to the black rainy sky and howled a broken howl

.....

Everyone at the loft tried to feel positive about Stiles and the children making it.

Everyone was finally settling from the uneasy feeling when Lydia stood up.

She stood up and made her way to the center of the loft. Everyone stared at her unsure of what seems to be the problem.

She dreaded that feeling, she knew what it meant. She turned around and looked at the pack, tears fell from her eyes. At the same moment, they heard a howl from a far, a broken one. They knew who it was from.

They knew, they hated it. All of them broke down and burst into tears. A pack member was dead, not only that but a family member. And that's the worst pain anyone could ever experience.
