the door opened a little and he saw half of kokichi's face,his eyes have deep eyebags on them and he looked like he had been crying for a while "can i...come in?" asked shuichi seeing his condition.The door opened enough that he could get in as if saying he can "o-ok" said the detective as he went in

"sorry about the mess shumai..." said the tired looking boy "are you okay kokichi?" asked shuichi is concern after he saw how depressed he looked "im fine..." replied kokichi as he flopped on his bed "are you sure..? after what happened a week ago you haven't left your dorm room ever since-" "i said im fine!" kokichi said,cutting off shuichi as he said that a little annoyed as a little bit of tears where forming in the corner of his eyes

before he knew it,shuichi hugged the boy as he saw how sad he looked.Kokichi was shocked as he was hugged by the boy,as soon as he did,he hugged him back tightly and started sobbing.All the problems he had had piled up, the killing game, seeing his memories, his friends, D.I.C.E, All his problems were let out as he cried on shuichi's shoulder "I-I miss them shuichi....so much...." sobbed the boy on his shoulder

without thinking shuichi took kokichi of his shoulder and cupped his cheeks "kokichi....it's alright ok? i'm here and so is kirumi,rantaro,and everyone else....we'll get out of here and you'll see your friends again ok?" then kokichi did the unexpected...He kissed shuichi on the lips

Shuichi would be lying if he said that he didn't like it,he had liked the panta loving boy for a while now and wanted to confess,so he kissed back.Kokichi was happy when he did,The kiss was only a few seconds before they stopped

A few minutes later as Shuichi was about to leave when he saw something in the corner of his eye.He turned around and saw the chair by kokichi's bed started floating in the air

Shuichi's eyes went wide at the sight 'didn't kokichi's mom have the ability to make objects float? is kokichi actually developing his quirk late?' aske the boy in his head as more objects started floating around the room,Shuichi panicked a little and he went to kokichi and shook him a little to wake him up "kokichi!" shuichi yelled a little as he shook the boy awake

"mmm...." kokichi groaned as he opened his eyes and got up slowly "what?" kokichi eyes widened as he saw the objects floating and dropped to the floor "did i do that?" asked kokichi "i think you did kokichi" replied shuichi as he eyed the objects that used to float around the room "i...i actually got a quirk...." said kokichi with tears in his eyes from joy

"yes you did kokichi!" shuichi said happily as he hugged the boy "now all i have to do is train it so that i could have control over it....maybe i should make a schedule like i did with my training with all might.No i don't think it would work on that since it only focuses on physical strength.." kokichi started mumbling more and more as shuichi just stood there beside him just watching him awkwardly.

"o-oh i'm mumbling again aren't i? heh,sorry about that. It was an old habit i had back then" apologised kokichi as he scratched the back of his neck with an awkward smile "it's ok kokichi.i think it's kinda cute" replied shuichi as kokichi bursted as red as a tomato "e-eh?! c-cute?!" stuttered kokichi,shuichi laughed at this as kokichi started to become a stuttering mess with his bright red face

"we should go on and eat some dinner now kokichi.It's around dinner time now" said shuichi after kokichi calmed down from his flustered state.
