You were one of the pilliars your self you can emmit rocks so manipulate them and use them as armour because your body is attracted to them so whn you want you can use the rocks as armour they stick to your body also you can turn into rock.
You wore a mask for a reason two reasons actully one you had a huge gash across your face that started from your forehead to your neck from a demon attack when you were ten. And two it was your trainers he was trying to protect you from the demon that night he took you in because your parents abandoned you when you were four and he found you.

"WELL I DON'T WANT HER EITHER!" your mother yelled back at your father "*sigh* then we should just abandon her" your dad pinched the bridge of his nose that night your parents wrapped you up and left you in the snow do die or be eaten thats what they thought. As the man walked by he heard whimpering noises next to a tree he investigates the noise to see you the four year old girl you told him your parents didn't want you so he took you in.
He was a pilliar trainer and you found out you were one yourself which mde him happy to put his training skills to work. The mans name was Tomoe Gozen he was a nice man he was easy with your training and would ask full consent if you wanted to go harder and as he got harder with you at that you became stronger.
As you walked throuh the front out side of your house a rustle in the bush caught you and a demon pounced at you making you scream it grabbed your shoulder and took out a chunk making you hiss. Tomoe heard the rucuss and acted quickly to save what he cherished most you were not his real child but he treated you like one for sure.
The demon had shot a hole through Tomoe's chest making him collapse you rushed to the demon. It was quicker than you and jumped high making you loose it for a second but it found you again and had it's claws out where it took your sight in your left eye and you had a gash. You kept fighting the creature till it disolved into dust and you ran over to Tomoe "Tomoe-san?!" you kneeled next to him with shaking hands "listen young one i want you to know i loved you like a child of my own so take this" he coughed handing you his black Oni mask. "These are my last words" he coughed up again you took his cold frail hand in yours "i will always want you to fight for me and for you. Remember that you can make a difference because i have embedded that difference in you just let it rise.....Good bye" his eyes slowly closed and his breathing fadded but he still smiled. You were in utter tears for a whole year until the difference that Tomoe taught you had started to show your power was stronger so was your attitude.

You sat on the branch of the tree silently taking in the surrondings as the crisp night air whished past you when a rustle caught you making you shoot your head in the directon of the noise. This was one of the skills you are well mastered because of Tomoe. You silently jumped down off the branch of the sakura tree and snuck to the noise. A demon pounced out at you but you acted quickly drawing your sword as it jumped at you but you stayed there with your sword out but why?.
This is what Tomoe called the act quick stand down (made it up pretty cheesy)
You look straight at the attacker quick enough to pin point their next moves and stay there in the position that will dominate their next moves. The demon jumped and it's abdomen went straight at the sword going right throuh it. The demon dissolved being gushed away by the winds and you put your sword back into the holder when another rustle.
