Forever isn't long enough

The beginning

Somewhere in space on a planet teeming with life, there was a particular tree currently exploding with excitement for the next chief and Tsahik are currently being born.

However the entire Omaticaya clan are in for a shock for the current Tsahik didn't give birth to just one child, but two. This left the current Tsahik and chief confused on which would be the next spiritual guid for the clan. Deciding to put Tsu'tey (the next chief) next to the two other babies and see which one he gets along with more. Almost immediately after they put him down he attempts to crawl towards the one on the left. Taking that as a sign the chief presents the new Tsahik in training, Zuayizi. The other was later named Neytiri.

~le time skip~

About two years later  Tsu'tey and Zuayizi are able to meet for the first time since their birth. The fist thing Tsu'tey noticed when he saw Zuayizi where her eyes they where a vibrant yellow that held curiosity and an innocence only a child can possess. Looking closer he saw that her dark black hair had a white braid tied back with half of her other braids in a half up half down style. 

Tsu'tey was immediately captivated and had a strange feeling in his stomach, however with him only being two years old he didn't know what he was feeling and brushed it off as excitement for finally being able to have a friend.

After observing each other Zuayizi smiles brightly and grabs Tsu'tey's hand and runs to her special place at the very top of the tree. Not knowing what was happening, and slightly curious, Tsu'tey goes along with her, despite knowing how rude it was.

Finally making it to a place where rarely anyone goes Zuayizi flops down inevitably bringing Tsu'tey with her. Immediately sitting up Tsu'tey is the first to speak, "how dare you drag me up here and pull me to the ground, apologize immediately!" Unfortunately for Tsu'tey however, Zuayizi ignores him and pushes her face into his and asks "Hi I'm Zuayizi Whats your name, Do you wanna be my friend?"  Eyes wide with the Surprise that she ignored him he just silently stared at her. They stayed with their faces close and Tsu'tey in surprise while Zuayizi waits in anticipation for his answer.

Finally snapping out of it Tsu'tey hesitates to agree but does so anyway for the sole reason of wanting to know Zuayizi better. Happy he accepted his inevitable fate of being her friend so quickly she shot to her feet and bounced around in excitement. After she calmed down they talked and got to know each other better finding out they had a lot in common with each other.

And thus begins a journey not like others, it will be happy and loving but it will also be hard and painful.

That's the end of this chapter sorry if it was short this is my first story and I'm not perfect, so please if there are any mistakes in grammar or anything tell me so I can fix them.
