"Well, this is.... I don't know." I said, looking down the ground, processing everything.

"It seems unreal Elliot, but it's not."

"Please, my dead grandma's a talking owl and a giant cat just chased me earlier. I don't even know what's real."

"You do have a point." Brandon said chuckling.

"I think Elliot needs time to process Brandon." Said grandma. "Let's try to give her some space for now." She added while slowly leaving with Brandon.

"Alright. You can come to us later if you're ready Elliot. Go to the entrance of the cave you found earlier. We'll be waiting." Brandon said, leaving the room.

The room got quiet quickly when they both left. I just sat there, staring at the fire, processing things. I wondered what was happening now in the real world, my mother, my company.

Jesus, my company. My stupid employees would bring our stocks down. Those nut-heads are useless without me.

The thought of it made my head both ache and itch. Then, a sudden realization came to me.

"Wait a minute, if I'm gone then.... SHIT!" I shouted. "THAT SON OF A BITCH MIRANDA WOULD TAKE MY PLACE!" I was so angry about it.

"That woman is not who I'll be entrusting my company to, in fact, I'm the only one capable of running my own damn company!"

Miranda Algattre. She was a fine woman when she entered my company (Mirage Beauty Products). I liked her even, she gained my respect, so I trusted her. Trained her under my wing to become eventually like me, so that one day she'll be the one to take up my mantle.

When she got used to her training, she has been a real bitch. I specifically told her that if she wanted to lead the company, she had to be like me, and yet she became a real pain in the ass. Ever since then, I didn't like her at all, but still, she could get the job done and was still a valuable employee, so I couldn't just fire her. But her attitude? Just too much.

Maybe she's even the reason I'm in a coma. I thought.

Yeah... Yeah! Maybe she planned it all along to get rid of me and take over my company! Well, this bitch has it coming when I wake up!

This gave me more reasons to fight and wake up from this coma. I processed everything as quick as I could and stood up. I took a deep breathe to get ready. I walked through the path I walked on before to escape. I saw the sharp rock the had wounded my foot earlier, I picked it up and placed it where it wouldn't get in the way of anyone walking.

I slowly walked with thoughts running in my head. It was getting heavy, but I tended to ignore it. I saw the light of the entrance and two silhouettes. It was Brandon and Grandma Eritha waiting for me at the entrance. They noticed me when I got closer, Grandma smiled at me while Brandon waved at me.

"How are you sweetie?" Grandma asked me.

"I'm fine now, thanks."

"You ready for our journey?" Brandon followed.

"Yeah, let's do this. Let's go stop me."

We stood at the entrance of the cave, staring down at the horizon of trees as the sun started rising. The wind was at our faces. We felt strong at that moment, ready to take on the world, unaware of the dangers that lied ahead of us on the journey that we were about to embark.

They were just standing there at the cave entrance, three stupid-ass idiots staring down at stupid ass trees. These fools didn't even notice me staring back up at them from the bushes (definitely not a total creep). I grinned when I saw Elliot, not like a pervy grin, just a grin-grin or whatever. Anyway, I stepped out of the bushes and started crawling as fast as I could, back to my queen.
