She's fading away and he still won't look at her
Is she just a crack in his mirror hidden under clothes?
A stain on his sheets covered by a pillow?
A ghost that flickers in the candle light?
She was never there and yet never gone
Always in sight but he's blind
She's an old photograph and once the gasoline hits the paper
She'll burn and he'll forget her ashen memories
She loved him
He forgot her
