I will love them the same

Ethan was happy to hear his wife say that, "we attack tomorrow." He was about to walk away but Alice called for him.

"We cannot attack him tomorrow, if we do we will all die . Do you want to die before seeing your child" she brushed her belly while talking.

Again he looked at her "we must do it fast before your father came for us."

"He won't, before we attack him we need a strategy. We must think first or we are all going to join your father in heaven."

Athan looked at Alice she made a lot of sense. But he wanted to kill the emperor of Heavenly kingdom so bad. He went to Alice and kissed her forehead and he went down on his knees to kiss her belly. He smiled and said " I remember when my told me that I am going to marry one of the princesses of the Heavenly kingdom, I was so angry that I wanted to kill myself. But now I am so in love with with that princess." He glanced at her face with a beautiful smile that was rarely showed on his face. He stood up he was taller than Alice so it so romantic watching them, a maid came in to inform them that lunch is ready.

Alice looked at her husband and said"I will not be joining you for lunch." with a sad face she said.

"Why not" he questioned with a confused face

"Mother blame me for father's death, she told me herself." she replied. Athan was also angry at her, he didn't even touch her or sleep with her on the same bed he was disgusted by her or everyone from the Heavenly kingdom.

"Mother will come around. It was her husband after all." He paused, looked at Alice and asked "won't you be angry if I was killed." Alice looked at him though to herself that she would be angry if it was him who was killed. He would go back to his father and kill him herself for killing him.

"Please promise me something."

"What?" he was curious to know what

"If I am expecting a baby girl you will love her as much as you'll love a baby boy. Can you promise me that?"

"I will love them the same, let's go and eat. Please don't mind my mother."

"I will try not to." She smiled and walked out of the room, Athan put his hand on Alice shoulder and walked away.
