After reaching there, I asked a shopkeeper for fruits. He gave me one dozen mangoes. I ate 4 mangoes and kept the others in my bag. Then, I asked, '' What is the total bill? '' He said," one yen." I was surprised. I again asked him, "What is the total bill?" He told me that My god! One Yen. I gave him the bill and asked some other shopkeepers. They all said a yen for every item in any quantity. Are they fools? Not only this, I saw that all the shops were shutting down and shopkeepers went to their homes, it was not night, it was daytime. I asked a shopkeeper, "Why are you all going? He said that We are going home because our Chief has ordered us to work from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. I said," What a fool Chief."

I sat on a public chair and thought that "the people of this Estate are a big fool and dumb along with their Chief, I have to remove this foolishness and dumbness and make the Estate as all Estates. This is my responsibility because I'm the Porter of this whole country.

One day later, I went to Chief's Pal in the dress of a Priest. I told him that I am a Priest and I have seen your future, you will soon be removed from Chief's post. Chief said in fear," How Priest? How? I don't want to leave the post. What should I do now? I said," You have to resign the post and live in an ashram for 20 years, then you will become Chief for a century. The Chief said," Ok! I am going to the ashram now." He left for the ashram then.

On the request of people to manage the whole system of Estate, I appointed myself as the Chief. I invited my best and credible friend Maxim to help me to manage the Estate. Later, I appointed Maxim as the Chief in a meeting and left for other Estate.
