Nari and Sae byeok had been wondering around the streets of South Korea for about 10 minutes now, and the former was perplexed.
"You don't know where your apartment is, do you?" Sae byeok asked Nari with her signature smirk.
When Nari didn't answer and looked down embarrassed, Sae byeok let out a snort.
Cute.
Nari thought as she looked at sae byeok who had an amused smile on her face.
"I thought we were in Ssangmun-dong, because the road we were dropped off on looked familiar. Turns out I have no idea where we are, Probably some random city in South Korea." Nari explained.
"It's alright, Nari, I've got some cash on me. We can check into a hotel or something." Sae byeok told the shorter girl.
"You don't have to do that, sae." Nari looked at Sae byeok, "Listen, I've got some money in my wallet, I'll pay."
"How about I pay for the hotel and you buy us dinner." Sae byeok compromised.
"Fine." Nari said with a playful glare, trying to hold in a smile.
"Let's go dork." Sae byeok said.
It was weird. For some reason, sae byeok felt comfortable around her. Like she could be herself with no judgement. She may even feel more for her, but she was too scared to admit it. She was too scared to potentially screw up their whole friendship over one silly crush.
Little did sae byeok know, Nari felt the exact same way.
