Isabelle sat silently in the living room waiting for her parents to arrive home. She couldn't believe what had happened. She was going to tell them everything. Would they even believe her? She wasn't sure but she felt she had to tell them.
She sat waiting for 2 hours for then to get home. As soon as they walked into the door she ran up to them telling them what had happened.
"Mom! Dad! I have something to tell you please listen! " she screamed.
"What is it?" They both questioned at once.
"I was in the back room.. The one in the very back of the hallway. I wanted to see what was there. I wanted to check it out, " she explained
"Go on, " they demanded.
"While I was up there I decided I wanted to clean the room. I wanted to see if that would help with the infestations. I wanted to make the house more bearable. I had finished half of the room so I moved onto cleaning the other half. I started to pick up the blankets and put them in the trash bin. I started picking up the pile of blankets in the corner and there was a person, " she explains.
"A person? Like a living human was in that room and you found them? What happened to them where did they go? Are they still here?" Destiny rambled with questions.
"No, it wasn't a live person... She was pale and almost transparent... Almost like a ghost..? You have to believe me! She looked me dead in the eyes and gasped, then she got up and ran out of the room screaming. Will you please check the house? I don't know if she's still here, " she frantically pleaded.
"You know ghosts are not real, " Mark explained, "But I guess we could check the house for you."
All three of them went up stairs. They check every room thoroughly. Nothing. They found nothing. They where starting to question if Isabelle was mentally okay. They both knew ghosts weren't real and if there was a person living in the house they would have herd something or seen something themselves. They both decided for the safety of Isabelle and the family they where going to check her into a mental facility.
