Chapter 10

NamJoon was in his van, reading through the news about what happened to the girl who had been missing.

"Poor girl.. She could be scared when she sees the eyes of her killer.", NamJoon said and sighed heavily.

Daniel smiled at him and said, "Guess what?".

NamJoon was hoping to hear that he was able to take a break but it wasn't.

"You'll get to have your concert next week! 2 days.", Daniel said excitedly while NamJoon could only smile at him.

"With your new album, your fans will be excited for you to perform it!", Daniel said and NamJoon nods his head.

"Yay.. I got to do a concert.", NamJoon said and sighed.

Then, he gets a message from JungKook and it made him smile right away.

JungKook: Have a good day! I'll maybe come over tonight. Pizza or Pasta?

NamJoon: Being sneaky, aren't you? Well, pizza sounds good.

JungKook: To meet you, of course I would be sneaky.

NamJoon: Alright, I'll see you later then.

NamJoon puts his phone away when they arrived at the studio for his photoshoot.

He starts getting his hair done and puts on the makeup while the stylist gets his clothes ready.

As NamJoon was getting ready, Daniel ran towards him and gave him the phone as it was an emergency.

"It's your mother.", Daniel said and NamJoon knew what was coming.

"NamJoon ah! JaeHyun hasn't showed up since yesterday.. I tried to call him but no answer! Please.. I'm getting worried.".

NamJoon rolled his eyes and looks at the time while Daniel was telling him that he needs to go for the photoshoot.

"Eomma, he is a busy man too. He'll get back to you.", NamJoon assured her.

"Please, NamJoon! Find him please. I'm worried.".

NamJoon slammed his hand on the table so hard that everyone got surprised at how loud it was.

"You rather care about someone else instead of your son who has to marry someone who hurts him physically!", NamJoon yelled.

"Maybe you should be a mother to JaeHyun. Because as of right now, I've lost my mother.", NamJoon said and hangs up the phone.

Daniel came to him and NamJoon grabs the clothes he needed to wear for the photoshoot.

"Give him some time to cool.", Daniel said to the others and sighed as he went to check up on him.

Daniel knocks on the changing room door and asked, "NamJoon.. Are you okay?".

NamJoon opened the door and stared at Daniel while clenching his jaws.
