Mr. Grasshopper: He would be very fascinated, asking you how long you have been doing it. Knowing him he would probably try to record you singing so he could replay it over and over as he's doing something productive.
Bonus: Grasshopper would beg you to join him when he goes on tour again with his violin.

Miss Spider: She'd be fixing her web or organizing stuff until she hears you from another room, pretty much being swept off her (many) feet, Spider would peak her head in and just zone out. Clapping when you're done.

Mr. Centipede: Centipede's always the "BE LOUD AND BLAST MUSIC TO THE MAX" type guy/bug but h o l y shit your singing brings him in a good mood almost instantly, He doesn't care if you sing loud or not. As long as him and his partner share the same hobbies, everything is good

Mr. Earthworm: (Bit of a headcanon mixed in) No one never really knew this but he finds singing very comforting to him. His mom would always sing him to sleep and he loved it ever since, so hearing you sing might bring him back to his happy place!
