It has been such a long time since we've seen each other. I've missed you so much. I miss your smile, your laugh, your kindness, your playfulness and your adorable dimples. I wonder if you miss me too.
Thank you for being my first friend in school. I was so nervous and lonely, but you chased all those feelings away when you befriended me. I still remember the adorable band aid you so kindly placed on my knee. I wonder, do you always carry band aids with you?
You're so sweet and kind to everyone. I think that's why I like you so much.
Do you remember the promise we made on graduation day? We said that we would always be friends. I guess that didn't happen.
I wish I could see you one last time. I wish I could hear you tell me one of your silly jokes or watch you show off one of your taekwondo moves. You always know just how to brighten my day. My life is never dull with you.
But all good things must come to an end, right? So I guess this is where it ends for us. Maybe time will reunite us one day. Until then, this is goodbye.
