She just kept on running, ignoring Adora, who was running behind her, begging her to stop running away and tell her what was wrong. Tears were streaming down her face. Adora wouldn't understand, she didn't have to go through it herself. Thought Catra. She'd rather fix it on her own then bugging Adora with her harsh feelings towards the past. ''Catra!! ... Please stop ... running!!'' Adora shouted to her while being out of breath. Not only did Catra feel horrible about the memories from her past that were triggered, but also because she had to run away for her own girlfriend. Although she trusted Adora with everything, she also wanted to keep her safe, and this was the only way she could do that. Catra thought. ''Adora leave me alone it's for your own well-being, I'll figure it out on my own!'' She shouted back. ''No Catra.. You don't have to go through this alone, stop acting like you're bugging me with your feelings!'' Catra ran around a corner and hid behind a trash can. She saw Adora run past her, looking confused about where she went, but she kept on running forward. Such a dumbass. Thought Catra. After waiting for 10 minutes she stood up, and walked back in the direction of the castle, but she wasn't going back to the castle. At that moment she would rather die then go back to the castle. So when she saw that she was getting way too close to the castle again she went the other way. After walking for a while she found a quiet place, she decided to sit there and think things over until she was ready to talk about it or move on from it.

Adora was looking everywhere around her. Where did she go... Adora Thought. She loved Catra with her whole heart, but sometimes she wished that she would just listen to her, she kept closing off and it was very hard to help her that way. Adora fell on the ground, she wasn't ready to put energy into trying to get up again so she was laying there for a while, crying. Obviously she was hiding somewhere, there was no way that she was still running forward. Catra probably tricked her into thinking that. She looked at her dress, it was full of dirt and dust. ''God damn it!'' She stood up while looking at her dress. ''Meeeoww'' Adora turned around, where did that sound come from..? ''Hello...?'' She looked around her and saw melog hidden in a dark corner. ''Melog! You were supposed to stay home... How did you get here...'' She walked towards Melog and petted them on their head. ''I should be mad.. But at this moment, I'm happy you're here.'' Melog pulled their head away from Adora's hand and walked forwards. ''Meowww'' They turned their head around. ''Do you want me to follow you..?'' ''Meeeeeoooowww'' Melog walked away and Adora followed. After walking behind Melog for a while she saw that they were getting closer to dryl again. ''Melog you can't enter dryl, there are no pets allowed in there.'' Melog walked past dryl. ''Oh.. You weren't going to dryl... Alright...'' She laughed akwardly. ''Meeeowww'' Melog answered. ''I need Catra to translate it... I wish I knew where she went...'' Melog kept on walking without looking around. ''Well.. At least YOU know where you're going.'' Adora looked at her feet, wondering where Melog was going to. After walking together for a while they saw a figure in the distance, sitting on a cliff. ''Catra...'' Adora wanted to run towards her but melog jumped at her feet, which made her fall for the second time today. ''Why did you do that?!'' Melog just looked at her, completely quiet. ''Do I have to approach her in a different way?'' Melog started walking again ''Meowww'' ''Alright...'' Together they walked to Catra.

Catra just stared into the distance, there were no tears left to cry for her, so she just sat there, silently, daydreaming. ''Catra..?'' Adora carefully layed her hand on her shoulder. Catra shivered by the touch of her hand. ''Why did you shiver.. Don't you trust me anymore...?'' Catra pulled away and turned her back to Adora. ''Just... Leave me alone, it has nothing to do with you.'' She heard Adora sight, sad and exhausted. ''Catra.. Tell me what's wrong, I'm here for you, I won't leave or judge you.'' Catra turned around. ''Well in dryl my chip was hanging on the wall in a frame, are you happy now?!'' Adora's pupils got smaller. ''What...'' She slowly sat next to Catra. ''I know... I was surprised by it too.'' Catra tried not to cry, because she still had a hard time showing her vulnerable side when someone was around, even with Adora she didn't feel safe enough to show it yet. ''Why would Entrapta keep that...'' Said Adora, shocked. ''I wouldn't know... Doesn't she want to forget about Horde Prime or something? Is it like a price to her..? Why was it hanging at such a public place at that time, does she even understand what it feels like to see things like that back after having to go through such a traumatic event?!'' Catra couldn't hold back her tears any longer. As soon as Adora saw that she wrapped her arms around her, quick but careful. ''It's just.. Too much...'' Catra sobbed. ''I know baby.. I know...'' Adora held her a little tighter, wishing she could take away Catra's pain. ''Can I help you somehow..?'' Adora Whispered. ''I don't think so... Please.. Don't leave me now..'' Adora felt sad when she heard her say that, why was Catra still scared that she would be left by her. ''I won't.. I won't, I promise.'' Adora said while almost crying too. ''I can hear that you're sad Adora, don't hide it, I'm only making things hard for you, you deserve so much better than me.'' Catra tried to pull away but Adora wouldn't let her. ''No!! That's not true, I love you, with my whole heart, I don't deserve better because you're already the best, please don't talk down on yourself like that... You're the one who deserves better, I wish I could take away your pain.'' They sat there for a while, silently hugging eachother, not realising how much time passed.

''Hey Bow, did you see Adora and Catra somewhere? I would like to leave but I can't see them anywhere.'' Bow frowned. ''No?'' He looked around him and realised that they were gone too. ''Oh god, what would've happened this time, will we ever get a day without having to worry about what's going on with those two?!'' Said Glimmer annoyed. ''Calm down Glimmer, we just have to find them, maybe they just went out for a bit because of the noises.'' Glimmer rolled her eyes at that thought. ''If you say so, let's look if they're outside then.'' They said goodbye to Entrapta and left dryl. ''Wow would you look at that, they're not here, I'm surprised.'' Said Glimmer in a sarcastic tone. ''Don't be like that Glimmer, there's no need to say something like that. Let's just go look for them somewhere else.'' ''Uggg are you kidding me?!'' Glimmer followed Bow while complaining. Swiftwind stuck his head around the corner. ''Hey, do you two know where Adora went, I can feel that she's very emotional.'' Bow was surprised by what swiftwind said. ''I told you that there was drama on it's way AGAIN Bow! I'm getting really fucking tired of it at this point.'' Bow looked angry at Glimmer. ''Stop whining already and let's go find them so the five of us can return home safely, aren't you worried about them?! You're acting selfish!'' Swiftwind stood there, akwardly hearing it all. ''So uhm... Shall we go..? Or do y'all need some time...'' Said Swiftwind. ''No we're fine!'' Said Bow angrily while getting on Swiftwind's back. Glimmer climbed on Swiftwind too, not saying anything. They took off, Bow and Glimmer were silent the whole time. Such a happy couple, thought swiftwind annoyed by their silence. They flew above a cliff. ''There they are!'' Yelled Glimmer, almost falling off Swiftwind. They landed behind them and approached them carefully.

''Girls.. Are you ready to go?'' they heard it, but it felt like it was in the distance, they were so focussed on holding and comforting eachother that it just didn't really got through to them. ''GIRLS!!'' They both jumped away from eachother immediately. ''Glimmer don't scream at them, can't you see they were having a moment?!'' ''Bow don't tell me what to do!!'' Catra looked at them confused. ''Why are you two fighting..?'' Said Adora. ''Nothing..'' Said Glimmer. ''She was annoyed that you two were gone.'' Said Bow angrily. ''Why did you have to say that?! I'm over it already!!'' Adora and Catra looked at eachother and laughed silently. It wasn't the first time that they were fighting like this, Glimmer just has a fury temper and Bow is a laid back boy and sometimes they could be like water and fire together, so they weren't worried about it. ''Can we... Go home..?'' Asked Swiftwind, wondering if he was able to get in between the two so they would stop fighting. Glimmer looked at swiftwind angrily. ''Okay...'' Swiftwind stepped backwards, not wanting to anger Glimmer more. Catra stood up. ''Yes, I think it would be a good idea to return to brightmoon. I don't know how much time has passed, but it has been long enough.'' Adora stood up too. ''Let's go, I'm getting hungry, so maybe we can prepare dinner?'' Swiftwind carefully walked towards Catra and Adora, while watching Glimmer, in case she would react in a negative way. A soft rumbling could be heard. Glimmer looked down at her belly. ''That's a good idea..'' Bow started laughing. ''Oh, so that's why you're so grumpy, you're just hungry.'' He said while wiping a tear from his eye. ''Bow, don't challenge me!'' She said while pushing him playfully, smiling at the situation too. They went on their way back to brightmoon, everyone satisfied with the way things worked out in the end.

Somewhere in the whispering woods, a feline creature was trying to find shelter. Lost and confused she looked around at any possibility of other life around her. She had been on her own since Horde Prime's ships landed on Etheria. Stuck in the chip system of his hive mind she had lost herself for a long time. Barely existing, only realizing she was breathing, no control of her own mind. After all, that was where the chips were for. But now that he was defeated, she was on her own. Lost, exhausted and confused, still amused at the fact that there was no brain damage done to her brain. Finally, she saw the ending of the everlasting trees. There was a.. Castle? Maybe people in there could help her. She got out of the woods and walked towards it, now also feeling some pain in her legs. She looked down and saw that her legs were filled with scars and bruises. It's fine, at least I survived. She thought to herself. When she reached the door she knocked on it.
