Ei and you were spending time, Ei did tell you stories about her tragic Backstory, when she told you her story.
You really promised her when you grow up, you'll become like her and protect the people of Inazuma and she didn't really want you going to the outside world, out of the shadows.
You really wanted to see the real world, you really kept begging your mother to let you go outside for years ever since you were 6.
Then when you were 10, she finally said yes but not until you were 16 but today is the day where you turn 16, you were so excited.
Ei was kinda scared, when you were small she also taught you a little bit of fighting since she knew this day would come, she was scared that you would perish/die also like her twin sister and Her friends...
She couldn't let you get hurt, so she informed Yae about this and Yae was coming to pick up you and bring you to the real world.
Ei was planning to give you a vision when your 18, Ei never gives out visions since she barely trusts anyone with it, they could use it for the wrong purpose.
But probably when you're 18, your mother would see you mature already during that time, she told you all of her tricks at fighting and defending yourself.
Now Yae was here to pick you up and bring you to the outside world, the Inazuma City.
Ei hugged you and said goodbye to you and before you left she gave you a small weapon incase of emergencies she already trusts you and she told you not to reveal your identity as the Daughter Of The Raiden Shogun.
She didn't want anyone to know since if people figure out, they might harm you just to get something what they want and she doesn't want that to happen.
So you just obeyed her and went to the outside world.

When you open your eyes, You were really shock on how beautiful Inazuma is, you never saw flowers or actual trees before.
Because you have been living in a black and red universe since you were a kid.
Yae miko was really happy for you, since you finally got the thing you wanted in a long time.
"So let's start your first ever adventure around Inazuma. Ready?" Yae miko pinched Y/n's cheeks
