At evening, when rishi came,she was sitting in hall chatting with priya... Seeing rishi,Shanaya got up ...he had some packets in his hands... He gave a box to Shanaya which she looked at him in confusion....
" aise kya dekh rahi ho..Tumne to kaha tha na ki tumhe ice cream khane ki man kar rahi thi..." Rishi said smiling a bit....
Rishi and Shanaya always pretended before priya that they are the best couples in the world and their love each other deeply....poor priya always believed his son and daughter in law...
So hearing this, priya went from their smiling to give them some privacy...
" Thanks ..." Shanaya replied and smiled a bit...
It's for the first time she was smiling at him... She went to dining hall...took a spoon and opened the ice cream box... She ate it as if a small child eating ice cream by spreading it all over her upper lips and side part of lips ...
Just then priya came, she gave a spoon to Priya too... Priya chuckled at her cuteness....she went to kitchen...
" You want some..?" She offered something to rishi..
" No..." He replied and saw some icecream on her nose...
" tumhari Nose pe icecream..." He pointed out and she tried to lick it using her tongue... He got confused...
" Do do..haath hai na..wipe kar sakte hai na...oh....lagta hai madam is in happy mood...." he thought to himself...
She tried again but of no use... Seeing this , he came beside her...her breathe hitched...
He whipped the icecream on her nose...she looked at him...and he too... " Ah..ahem.."They parted ways when they heard priya's voice..
" Shanaya beta...rishi ...fresh hokkar aao..jao dono room mein jao..." Priya said Both went upstairs...
Rishi placed rest of packets on her bed... " Have a look at it.." he said
" What's this?" She asked
" Some maternity wears...you won't always be comfortable in saree and salwars...so .." he said looking at her...
She got confused..she never thought that he'll do something like this .. But reality hit her that afterall he is doing all this for his baby...he went to bathroom to get freshen up
She took the cover and started looking all by placing them on her... looking at the mirror...all are of her favourite colours... " How you know my tastes?" He asked rishi who just came from bathroom...
" Simple...riya told " he replied..
Shanaya got confused in his care and let them go as she know it's all for the baby... . . As days passed, Rishi's care for Shanaya had improved... He used to bring things which she craves for...
He even sometimes called her when he got free in office to enquire whether she had her medicines or not... She will never agree but she felt happy when he asked her about her health... even she knows that he is asking for his child...
On such day, Shanaya as usual, got freshen up and came in her saree..
