CHAPTER 2: BOSS

-PARK JIMIN'S POV-

When I woke up in the morning, I realized that I didn't want to stay out of bed because when I looked out the window, the sky was dark and it looked like it was going to rain, I took a deep breath and walked towards the bathroom, first seeing my reflection in the mirror, I wrinkled my face because my eyes were completely swollen. My face was the same dumpling. I reached into the shower, turned on the hot water, and grabbed my phone, and checked my schedule for today. I had a few meetings with Jung Hoseok, since he left the company, we sometimes meet up with him for a drink from time to time. After a quick shower, I headed to the wardrobe and I never wanted to dress formally today. I took a white t-shirt from the closet and put it on and a pair of black skinny jeans.

After getting the car keys, I got in the car and started to drive towards the company. Had a few job interviews today. And one of them was about me. On the way to the company, it started to rain at that moment and after a few minutes, all the dark clouds in the sky disappeared, as if the sky was talking to me.  It was giving me a sign that everything was going to be alright.

After parking the car in the parking lot, I press the elevator. After getting off the elevator, I saw Nam Hae So and the person standing next to her.

'' Please clear the meeting room on the third floor. I will have important guests. Delete all my appointments. '' I said slowly and smiled. Our eyes met at that moment. She said a few things but I didn't quite understand what she was saying.

'' I didn't understand what you were saying. '' I said again and she looked at me.
" I didn't say anything, sir. Sorry,''  she said slowly, but at the same time, she was looking at me in a very panicked way.

She was wearing black long slacks and a black shirt and a white sweater. Her hair was black and wavy. She had bangs and wore glasses. Her bangs and glasses could never hide the beauty of her eyes. After she nodded to me, she started walking and a paper fell out of her file, which she was holding tightly. When I bent down to give it to her, I saw her disappear. When I looked around, there was only Nam Hae So and my assistant Hee-Young. When I looked at the paper in my hand, I saw her photo and her name. Lee Min Soo. The meaning of her name was as beautiful as herself. And it suited her. Gentle, affable, luxuriant, beautiful, elegant, and outstanding.

'' She is going to ruin everything if we hire this girl. '' said Nam Hae-so, '' She does not know fashion. The places she works are only on cosmetics and graphic design. '' she said and opened the door of my room.

" I think so, too, she too quiet and not the right person for this place. '' Hee-Young said and looked at me.

I folded the paper in my hand several times and placed it on the table and sat on my chair.

" Everyone deserves a chance, right? '' I said and looked at the two women standing in front of me. Their decisions were very sharp.
"Everybody deserves a chance, but people like her don't. Jiminshi will screw everything up if you hire her. '' Hee-Young said again.

I took the paper and opened it and looked at the photo again. I picked up the phone on my desk and started talking to security.

" If Lee Min Soo, who came to the job interview today, is still at the company, please send her to my room. I want to talk to her privately. '' I said and hung up the phone. " Ladies, you look very beautiful today, and you can leave early. Could you please leave the room if I ask? I will have a meeting soon. ''
