Chapter 1: The Question

This is my second story on wattpad. My first story didn't turn out so good so I'm trying again. I hope you all like it and I will be updating weekly hopefully. Fingers crossed.

Today... Today was the day my life would change. My best friends were going on tour for a year with the famous One Direction. I knew we would talk all the time, but it wouldn't be the same, you know. It would be like living without a piece of me.

Pulling up into my drive, I made my way next door. A shiny blue convertible caught my eye, meaning that Davina was here which most probably meant that, Valentina and Melana were here too. They were my best girl friends and we did everything together; we even started a band together. I am the lead singer and a guitarist, Davina is the drummer, Valentina is the guitarist and vocals and Melana is bass. There was also a giant limo parked in the driveway. What the hell was going on?

Not bothering to knock I walked straight into his house. Following the noises I made my way to the back yard; I was about to walk out there when I saw Liz in the kitchen.

"Hi Liz, do you need any help?" I asked walking into the once spotless kitchen.

"Please... could you make the drinks, while I finish the cupcakes off? 5 waters, 4 ice teas,1 squash and 2 cherry cokes." She said with a grateful smile. I nodded and started on the drinks.

"So who's the lucky person who owns the Limo?"

"The limo? O, it belongs to One Direction. The boys are leaving tonight for the tour. So that is why everyone is around here, because the boys need to talk to you girls about something. Don't ask me what though, I have been sworn to secrecy!" Sadness filled me as I thought about how my best friends were being taken away from me, but I knew it was so they could file their dream.

I noticed that Liz had finished the cupcakes and was staring at me with intense eyes as I put the last drink on the tray. "What?" I laughed.

"Nothing! Just don't ever change." With that she walked outside with the cupcakes, I followed her in confusion.

Davina was the first to see me, she stood up and walked over to me.

"Hey. Do you know why we are here? I have asked like 7 times but they just keep changing the topic." She asked as we walked in sync to the boys.

"No idea. Liz refused to tell me." I said loud enough for Liz to hear and I knew she heard me because she turned her head to me as she laughed and shook her head.

I noticed Luke and Ashton were talking to two guys, one with short brown hair that looked like a buzz cut and a guy with blonde hair. Michael was rolling around the floor with a guy with short brown hair while Calum and Mel were talking to a guy with curly hair.

I set the drinks down on the table and before I knew it, I was in the air being spun around.

"Hello to you too." I said while laughing starting to go dizzy from the spinning. "You can put me down now, Micky!"

As soon as my feet touched the ground I was spun around to a pouting face. ""How did you know it was me?"

"Aliens told me!" As soon as I said that he face broke into an adorable smile.
