Lotor, the son of Emperor Zarkon, the whole reason as to why there was a space wide war amongst planets and countless deaths, was right in front of you. He is escorted by four women. One with a broad and wide build. One with a perky demeanor. One with a hood and mask. And one with piercing eyes with her hair tied up. You can't believe it. You knew as a neutral party you shouldn't discriminate but. . . does this count?

"Greetings, all," Lotor spoke, his voice filling the room as he looked around to address everyone. "I presume you're the commander?" he turned towards you. "We are deeply grateful for your hospitality and. . ."

"State your purpose if you will, Lotor." you interrupted. "We like to know newcomers' business before they embark," Lotor smirked and cocked his head a bit, just enough to notice, as if he was either impressed or peeved.

"As I said in the message, we are refugees fleeing from the Galra in need of sanctuary."

"Likely story." a crew member comments.

"As if we would believe you." another chimes in. You rose your hand to indicate them to stop talking, and once it grew quiet, you allow Lotor to finish. He clears his throat, he seems nervous.

"I, Prince Lotor, am making the conscious decision to defy my father and his thirst for power. I have seen the pain he has caused families, the planets he has reduced to smithereens, and the promises he decimated. Although, escaping his grasp was no easy feat. My crew and I were barely able to sneak out undetected, but we ran out of energy to press onward."

"Your ship, an XZ-227, correct?" you ask. Lotor nods. "Your energy rods are incompatible with our ship. We don't have what you are looking for."

"Yes, I can see that. What I am asking for is transportation for my crew and me to the nearest planet where we can seek aid there." You raise an eyebrow. But then you look at his crew, your own vastly outnumbering his. A crew of over 100 members can easily take on one of 5 if need be. But why would you do it for him? Or even trust what he is saying. You would be risking your crew, your family if he was lying.

"We will have to decl-" your response is interrupted by Selonia.

"Commander, we have another ship that wants to make contact." her voice quivers as she is barely able to contain her fear. You turn to see none other than Emperor Zarkon's ship in face of your own.
