"Happy birthday to you,happy birthday to you,happy birthday dear Frances!happy birthday to you!"we all sang,today's Frances' birthday!i can't believe she's turning one.it seems like yesterday when she was just a little bean in my belly.everyone bought a shit ton of gifts for her,which was really thoughtful.Dave and Krist really want to spoil the hell out of her,insisting that that's what godfather's do."Open this one first Franny!"Sam said,handing Frances the first gift.Frances managed to open her first gift,revealing a toy guitar!"awww!"some people said,"gotta start young right?"Dave joked.I laughed,so did Kurt."wait till you see Dave's gift."Pat said,"oh god what did you get my child Grohl?"I asked.
He grinned,he pulled out a big box and ripped open the wrapping paper:revealing a mini drumset.Sam and Pat began to laugh hysterically,Krist scolded them both."you trying to turn our child into a musical prodigy?"Kurt asked him jokingly,"hey you gotta start when they're young,right Sam?"Dave said.she rolled her eyes and held Pat's hand,"Sam can you help me with something?"I asked her."sure."she said,"Kurt can you help Frances open the rest of her gifts?"I asked."of course baby."he said.I smiled and quickly kissed him,I got up and led Sam into the kitchen."are things getting serious with you and Pat?"I whisper asked,she grinned and nodded.I squealed,"tell me everything!"I said."later I promise."she assured me,"he's amazing Aimee."she added.
