Ava started writing her diary as she always do describing her feelings and emotions being that curious girl.
-unknownWhen I first saw him, my heart skipped a beat. Who is he? Is he from around here? Damn. He is so handsome.
He looked at me with those beautiful baby blue eyes and smiled. "Your breakfast, miss," he said and placed the tray in my hands.
I didn't get a chance to respond since he swiftly walked away. I held the tray carefully and shut the door behind me using my foot.
"Oh, no!" I yelled.
My parents who were busy conversing shifted their gaze to me. My mother approached, worriedly. "What is it, dear?"
"They didn't get my order right. I asked for coffee, not tea." I whined placing the tray on the table.
Mom sighed. "Oh, you scared me. Just think about who made this for us."What the fuck!
I frowned and took a sip of dad's mango juice. Mom shook her head and spoke, "Why don't you go to the canteen and get coffee."
"Really?" I asked.
"Yes, dear."
"A-alone? Please come with me, mom."
"You are not a kid anymore, Ava."
"Fine," I said before striding off the room.

After two whole minutes of searching, I finally found the canteen. I made an order of coffee and doughnuts then sat on the stool by the counter. Two minutes later, the handsome boy brought my order and I couldn't help but notice how shy he was around me. "Y-your order, miss," he said.
"Thank you."
He went on with his work and now and then he would glance my way smiling. "This is so good," I mumbled.
"I am glad you like it. You should also try the chocolate muffins," he suggested.
My wonderful mother appeared and took a seat next to me. "Where are you from, honey?" she asked the boy.
Great timing, mom!
The boy looked at me before replying, "Berlin, Germany."
Huh? German boy in Italy?
My mother lips curved up into a smile and she excitedly said, "That's great. Welcome to Italy, dear."
After the awkward conversation, we went back to our respective rooms.

A few hours later, I accompanied my mother to her appointment and since it was very far we ended up arriving back late at the hotel.
I was exhausted and hungry and dad decided to order dinner for everyone.Boredom caught up to me and soon I followed dad to the canteen and spotted him gossiping among some people. I waved at him and stood a few metres from him, pretending to be reading something on my phone but I was listening to all the rumours they were talking about.
