Final Goodbye (Plan on editing)

Chapter 6

** Elissa's pov **

"You what..?!" He whispered. He stared wide eyed at me. I knew I shouldn't have said it. He doesn't love me back.

"Do you love her back Zayn?" A voice snapped. I turned around to see Perrie. She glared at me, mentally killing me with her stare. I turned back to Zayn. I also want to know if he does.

His eyes shot from me, to Perrie. "I umm.." He stuttered. Tears fell down my face, I bit my bottom lip to hold back the sobs. He looked toward the ground and mumbled something.

Perrie stepped up next to me, smirking. "What was that Zayn? I didn't hear you?" She smiled 'sweetly' at me.

"I-I love...Perrie." He looked up and met my eyes. A single tear fell down his face. My hand flew up to my mouth as sobs fell out of it. I shook my head and slowly backed away. I can't believe this. He picked...Perrie...?!

Perrie waved at me, mouthing a 'buh bye'

I glanced back at Zayn. More tears fell down his face. Not being able to see him like that, my eyes shifted from him to the floor.

I shuffled through all the sweaty people, an out the clubs doors. Once I stepped foot out side, I was already soaked. Thank you London, for choosing now to rain. I don't even know where Avalynn is.

I looked down the road, not one car was in sight. Today is not my day.

I wrapped my arms around my body. Me being the smarty pants I am, didn't bring a coat. My hair was sticking to my face making me itchy.

"God, why is my life like hell?"I groaned and dragged my feet, heading in the direction of my apartment.

The events from the bar flooded my mind. I can't believe he picked Perrie.? I thought we had something before? Maybe it's because I left for a year and then just popped back into his life bringing chaos. And drama. He did break up with her, but got back together again. So I guess he does love her.

I don't even deserve him anymore. I will accept the fact that I will be forever alone. And while I am living I am just going to have to watch as Zayn and Perrie live their life together. Soon they'll get married and have a big gorgeous wedding that will be all over the news. Then Perrie will announce she's pregnant with twins. And they will have cute babies that everyone wishes they had. They will be rich, famous, and will have everything I dreamt of.

If only I could turn back time.

I mentally cheered as my apartment came into view. The rain was still pouring, so I was still soaked. But now I'm home so no more moping in the streets.

As I stepped closer I noticed someone standing by the entrance. Who would possibly be out at 10 pm in the rain? I can't talk because I am..

They were tall, and wore a black jacket with black jeans. There hair fell over there face making it hard to identify the person. All I know is it's a boy.

I slowly took steps up the path to the apartments. The boy was now watching my every move. This is actually scaring me.

The boy flicked his hair giving me a better view of his face.

Why is he here? Did he come to rub it in my face that he will grow up and get married and have a beautiful famous wife, and have gorgeous kids and a big mansion and actually be something besides a lon-

"Elissa." I stopped dead in my tracks. Here we go. "I came to talk to you...about earlier.." He shoved his hands into his pockets. Something he does when he's nervous. But why would he be nervous?

"Go ahead." I mumbled. I'm lucky my voice actually came out. My throat was still tight and burning from all the crying that had taken place earlier.

"I just wanted to say sorry. I messed up!" I chuckled at that.

"You messed up? Zayn, I'm the one who lied to you! I messed up beyond repair!"

He looked up and met my stare. The moon shone on his face making him look even more attractive then he already is.

"Well, we both made mistakes. And we both can fix them!" He took a couple steps towards me. "Look I chose the wrong person! I don't love Perrie!"

My heart quickened. "What are you trying to say?"

"I."

Oh how I love cliff hangers! Just kidding I think it just makes it more exciting!

Sorry for the really long wait! I've been busy! And now I'm sick, again!
